I was treated with vehement contempt and violent verbal dismissal and tirade after asking for help and consideration in paying minimum account amount until an insurance billing issue and appeal was resolved. Unless you want to be treated inhumanly and without consideration or care, I (highly) DO NOT recommend this office. I'm still taken aback from the manner in which I was spoken to and treated. In these hard times for All, no one should be treated in the manner in which I was today.

We sat for maybe a minute or so and Stephanie came and got us and gave us a tour of the office. Once we sat down, my son felt so comfortable he allowed Steph to do what she had to do, and enjoyed the whole experience. Then Dr. Erin walked in for the eval and once again, my son felt comfortable enough to let her examine him and sat well. My son is normally very nervous for doctors appointments, and the team at Smile Spot just made it so seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommend!!

The Smile Spot came highly recommended, the only con- it's a ways away from where we live. However after 3 years with this dentist office, I am very HAPPY to make the trip- our son has been through a few in-depth procedures, all of which should have included some sort of "pain". I'm happy to share that our son willingly goes to the dentist, has enjoyed every visit and has genuine knowledge on how to properly maintain his oral health. I cannot thank them enough for how they operate their business, and are with myself and our family. It's always been said "it takes a village"- if you're capable of choosing the people in your "village"; the staff at Smile Spot are definitely the people I would choose over and over again!

If I could rate negative stars I would. I went in for a routine visit that resulted in two fillings…read moreon my right-side molars. Shortly after, I experienced severe cold sensitivity and pain when chewing. I returned twice between July and October and was only told the tooth needed filing and to try Sensodyne - no further evaluation was done. I eventually sought a second opinion, where X-rays showed the filling was not sealed properly and decay had not been fully removed. The filling had to be redone, and I later needed an emergency root canal after my bottom molar died and caused a systemic infection. I will now also need a root canal on the top molar. Neither tooth caused issues before the original fillings. I've been a patient here since childhood, but this experience has cost me over $4,000 and months of pain. I do not trust the quality of care and cannot recommend this office.

The problem is, when I went to retrieve my dental records, THEY REFUSED TO GIVE THEM TO ME. This was quite a problem for me, extremely frustrating, and the new dentist had to be able to figure out everything. The records were promised to me at first, and they sent an X-ray and the rude office staff said "that's all you're getting, that's all we have to do," My teeth are quite complicated due to surgeries. The office manager was unavailable many times, and never returned phone calls. After this horrible situation, THEY ARE GETTING A ZERO RATING. Reported to The American Dental Association who were also USELESS. Be very careful here. 0 STARS FOR DIFFICULT PEOPLE
