They don't offer returns - only exchanges - and the selection is very limited. The cut on the short sleeve linen shirt is very unflattering. Will update when I get the next shirt since I have to exchange for another option. read more

Big time scam alert! Ordered a jacket and shirt online (around $480), pics looked great, nice website, but the clothes arrive and the stitching, material and cut were very cheap And doesn't fit. They have used covid to avoid returns/ refunds. Ok. So send me a size that fits.... The email response is from a Nitza Cohen, who doesn't seem to exist online, other then in defunct LLCs, and fake LinkedIn, has just replied with vague promises of sending a return label but it has been 5 months and no action. Please don't support this store. I still can't believe I got taken like this... read more

I tried to return an over priced linen shirt to this company within the stated return policy timetable. They promised a return label and never sent it. I sent my own and their store is a vacant store front with no one there. I have reported to American express. Total scam over priced cheap clothing. read more

Super cute boutique, I got lucky to stop in. Buy 1 get 1 free. I got a gorgeous dress on the mannequin and another body-hugging maxi dress! $159 for both is a bargain! They have a lot of linen and loose fitting clothing style... I guess the dresses I bought was the most hoochie dresses! HA Love both! Can't wait to wear them out this week while in Miami. The lady helped me was wonderful. She used to live in SF Marine, no wonder I like her. She was attentive and sweet. I'll definitely be back when I'm in town. read more

You'd think that I'd learn. Not once have I been 100 % pleased when dealing with this company. With the prices that they charge you might think just the opposite. Good luck trying to get in touch with customer service. Their phone # seems to be inoperative. read more

I ordered a men's linen shirt and I want to return it. The shirt isn't good value! To return the shirt I have to call or email them. I've called 4 times and emailed 4 times and have not heard back from them! Beware of this company! I'm not even sure if it's a legitimate business! read more

Ordered a high priced linen shirt. They sent me the wrong size and wrong color. Quality looked bad too. I emailed them but got no response. I called them and just went to some generic voicemail. So... I reported it to my credit card company. Don't buy from them. read more

I saw the beautiful dresses on the mannequins n said they looked like they were made in Italy, my husband said not necessarily, since I'm an elite yelper, I'd like to review as many kinds of boutiques as possible, I decided to go in after I read a 1st review by a yelper who actually tried them on. My experience was totally different, when I asked where it was made the salesperson was annoyed n said $2,000 mumbled something about it was real Swarovski. She then told me not to take pictures, I took for my yelp review because that was what we did, it was almost public service as it gives free publicity for her store, perhaps she thought I could not afford them, it is not wise to think so, look at all the tech billionaires they all dress like bums! T shirts n Birkenstock! One should never assume what people could afford, nobody had ever questioned me when I was in Rome on Via Condotti in all the designer stores. I should rate this 4 stars for all the amazingly beautiful evening dresses but I think I'm generous to rate this 3 stars because if poor customer service. read more

If you are looking for fine, fun, elegant linen or silk wear for both men and women pay a visit to Claudio Milano on Washington. I bought two beautiful silk dresses and a fun white linen sun dress that completed my outfits for and experience at the Miami Film Festival. So satisfied with the quality of my purchases I bought a few shirts for my husband. Andrea, the sales person that helped me with my purchases could not have been more accommodating and I was so appreciative, she was nice helpful (honest) and made every effort to help me with my purchases.. Stop by, take a look, or just meet Andrea. Alexis read more

Truly awful clothing. Quality is beyond awful, so unappealing. Don't waste your money here. They claim they are authentic Italian, a far cry from Italian standards. Not recommended. read more

What a con! I bought a shirt at $142 in February, not on sale. That same shirt is now on sale down from $358 to $152. Complete marketing trickery. What's worse, the shirt I bought, was poorly made, the the stitch too tight over the button holes for the buttons to go through. When I wrote to them about this, all they offered was a 15% discount on my next purchase. Please don't make the same mistake and please don't buy the 'sale' items! read more

DO NOT SHOP HERE. I went to this store on Washington and 16th today around 1:00 pm, and was treated VERY poorly by the employee. I don't know her name but she was a short older hispanic lady who did not smile, she did not even look at me until I asked her a question about a dress in the window and her demeanor was just cold and rude. I'm pregnant and leaving tomorrow for my baby moon to Exuma Islands, so I went shopping today for some dresses. I was about to buy a $130 dress from the window of this store. I touched the inside of the fabric to see if it was see through and immediately she screams at me "HEY HEY!! HONEY DON'T TOUCH THE DRESS!!!! DON'T TOUCH ANYTHING ON THE MANNEQUIN!!! THAT IS WHY I HAVE IT HERE ON THE RACK OK!!! DON'T TOUCH IT!!!" with a VERY nasty attitude and ugly look on her face. I'm just appalled I was spoken to that way and scolded like a 5 year old child. It's is unacceptable. I told her I was about to buy the dress but with her attitude and treatment I wasn't going to buy anything and I left. I will never go back. This company should reconsider this lady as an employee. I never write reviews but this is how bad it was that I had to take time from my day to write this. I would give negative zero stars if I could. read more

I have been aboslutely dumbfounded by the incredibly poor and unprofessional service I received out of the miami distribution center. Amazed how nonchalent and non customer focused their reps are. Let me say this, I absolutely love their products. They are great. I love wearing them. I love geiving them as gifts. They are terrific. But I will never ever buy from claudio milano again. This goes to show that customer service still matters. The short story is over the course of 8 weeks I spent approximately $1,800 of my hard earned money and purchased shirts at an average of $150 per shirt. These were done over 8 separate orders. Six of the shirts they got wrong. Six of them ! Thats 50% , or half of them if your doing the math. Either wrong style, wrong size, wrong color, and on more than one occasion they got two of the three wrong. This is frustrating in and of itself, but this isnt even the source of my frustration. I didnt ask for any favors. I didnt ask for any hadnouts. One two of them I said no problem I will just take what you sent me. Saving them time and money in postage and resources.. The last one did it for me. At one point I was told" this is not our problem...." Can you belive that! And this is not an exaggeration from a disgruntled customer who likes to write on review boards. This is actually the first time I have ever even written a review on anyone ever. I kid you not. Without going into too much detail, I think you get the gist, but the last one is the one where I finally threw my hands up and said enough is enough - refund my money on the last purchase. I dont have time to clean up others mistakes and then to be made to feel I am responsible. It was absolutely insane. I was made to feel like I was the problem. Then they had the audacity to tell me they would not send me the correct item until they received back the wrong one they sent me ! Trust me, if you want an awesome men's shirt with style and quality they have this for sure. but the liklihood of them getting your order right, or acting like they care if they do not, or feeling valued as loyal and good paying customer - the chances are slim to none. I am warining you. They are likely to get it wrong on your first order. I actually wondered if it was some sort of strategy or something to get rid of stale inventory. Just the fact that I actually thought this should tell you something! Do not take your chacnes. The products are nice, but there are so many more customer focused clothiers that have nice stuff and quality service. Dont risk it. Im telling you. I literally have received far better treatment from a local thrift store for a $10 shirt than this outfit. When I say dumbfounded it is an understatement. I am a normal laid back hard working dude, who likes nice clothes. Never again. Not to mention the stress of dealing with these issues. I hung in there for along time. I am so done with them now. read more

Best store in south beach ! Great selection in women's and men's clothing. Sales person were very professional .highly recommended

I recently had a great experience at this store. I walked in to look at the beautiful dresses. I loved them! They are amazing and totally my style! I could not afford them so I didn't intend on trying them on, but they were so beautiful I had to have a look around. The sales people encouraged me to try some on. The guy guessed my size and brought to the dressing room any dresses I'd admired, plus one of his choosing. The woman working their helped me into the dresses and matching shoes. I can't tell you how it felt to wear those gorgeous gowns and to be treated like Cinderella! My favorite dress was over 7K and I just couldn't afford it. They did not make me feel bad about it. They were wonderful! I walked out of there with my head held high and high on life. read more

A personal note about Claudio Milano: The clothing labels do not indicate where the pants are made. Weeks ago I wrote to them on their website, wanting to know where the clothes are made, but I have yet to get a response. I Googled for this info and there seems to be nothing indicating where the clothes are made or where they come from. Is it Italy? China? India? Even the company website doesn't state where the clothes are made/assembled. read more
