I ordered two jackets in August. August 31st to be exact. One black jacket and one white jacket. I received the black one on September 5th but no white one with it. I have emailed several times. Super cute boutique, I got lucky to stop in. Buy 1 get 1 free. I got a gorgeous dress on the mannequin and another body-hugging maxi dress! $159 for both is a bargain! They have a lot of linen and loose fitting clothing style... I guess the dresses I bought was the most hoochie dresses! HA Love both! Can't wait to wear them out this week while in Miami. What a con! I bought a shirt at $142 in February, not on sale. That same shirt is now on sale down from $358 to $152. Complete marketing trickery. What's worse, the shirt I bought, was poorly made, the the stitch too tight over the button holes for the buttons to go through. DO NOT SHOP HERE. I went to this store on Washington and 16th today around 1:00 pm, and was treated VERY poorly by the employee. I don't know her name but she was a short older hispanic lady who did not smile, she did not even look at me until I asked her a question about a dress in the window and her demeanor was just cold and rude. I'm pregnant and leaving tomorrow for my baby moon to Exuma Islands, so I went shopping today for some dresses. I was about to buy a $130 dress from the window of this store. I touched the inside of the fabric to see if it was see through and immediately she screams at me "HEY HEY!! HONEY DON'T TOUCH THE DRESS!!!! DON'T TOUCH ANYTHING ON THE MANNEQUIN!!! THAT IS WHY I HAVE IT HERE ON THE RACK OK!!! DON'T TOUCH IT!!!" with a VERY nasty attitude and ugly look on her face. I'm just appalled I was spoken to that way and scolded like a 5 year old child. It's is unacceptable. I told her I was about to buy the dress but with her attitude and treatment I wasn't going to buy anything and I left. I will never go back. I have been aboslutely dumbfounded by the incredibly poor and unprofessional service I received out of the miami distribution center. Amazed how nonchalent and non customer focused their reps are. Let me say this, I absolutely love their products. They are great. I love wearing them. I love geiving them as gifts. They are terrific. But I will never ever buy from claudio milano again. This goes to show that customer service still matters. The short story is over the course of 8 weeks I spent approximately $1,800 of my hard earned money and purchased shirts at an average of $150 per shirt. These were done over 8 separate orders. Six of the shirts they got wrong. Six of them ! Thats 50% , or half of them if your doing the math. Either wrong style, wrong size, wrong color, and on more than one occasion they got two of the three wrong. This is frustrating in and of itself, but this isnt even the source of my frustration. I didnt ask for any favors. I didnt ask for any hadnouts. One two of them I said no problem I will just take what you sent me. Saving them time and money in postage and resources.. The last one did it for me. At one point I was told" this is not our problem...." Can you belive that! And this is not an exaggeration from a disgruntled customer who likes to write on review boards. This is actually the first time I have ever even written a review on anyone ever. I kid you not. Without going into too much detail, I think you get the gist, but the last one is the one where I finally threw my hands up and said enough is enough - refund my money on the last purchase. I dont have time to clean up others mistakes and then to be made to feel I am responsible. It was absolutely insane. I was made to feel like I was the problem. Then they had the audacity to tell me they would not send me the correct item until they received back the wrong one they sent me ! Trust me, if you want an awesome men's shirt with style and quality they have this for sure. but the liklihood of them getting your order right, or acting like they care if they do not, or feeling valued as loyal and good paying customer - the chances are slim to none. I am warining you. They are likely to get it wrong on your first order. I actually wondered if it was some sort of strategy or something to get rid of stale inventory. Just the fact that I actually thought this should tell you something! Do not take your chacnes. The products are nice, but there are so many more customer focused clothiers that have nice stuff and quality service. Dont risk it. Im telling you. I literally have received far better treatment from a local thrift store for a $10 shirt than this outfit. When I say dumbfounded it is an understatement. I am a normal laid back hard working dude, who likes nice clothes. Never again. Not to mention the stress of dealing with these issues. I hung in there for along time. I recently had a great experience at this store. I walked in to look at the beautiful dresses. I loved them! They are amazing and totally my style! I could not afford them so I didn't intend on trying them on, but they were so beautiful I had to have a look around. The sales people encouraged me to try some on. The guy guessed my size and brought to the dressing room any dresses I'd admired, plus one of his choosing. The woman working their helped me into the dresses and matching shoes. I can't tell you how it felt to wear those gorgeous gowns and to be treated like Cinderella! My favorite dress was over 7K and I just couldn't afford it. They did not make me feel bad about it.
