They have done a huge number of procedures on me, and I can attest that for every visit, there has never been any staff I didn't like, any unfriendliness, or any off putting vibes. The location is convenient too. If something later on requires you to come back for repairing something related to a prior procedure, they will not charge you any extra (I believe this is for up to 5 years but I would confirm with the front desk or doctor). It is also relatively easy to call and drop in. The prices are comparable to other locations, and so the intensity of the work necessary will ultimately be what determines the price. It was not cheap for me, but they do have financing options you can explore prior to committing. Even though it has been expensive, dental to me is of the utmost importance and even preventative measures are necessary. You should live under a similar ethic and trust the dentist when they warn you that waiting could lead to worse outcomes. You do not want to wait and find out what those are, because they are more expensive. They have advanced technology I haven't seen at other dentists' offices, including a 360 xray scanner and an in house crown maker. I would definitely trust the team about any sort of concerns. It's very transparent and you will always be able to see the x-rays and ask about the necessity of procedures. I have never seen the x rays and thought that the dentist is wrong about their assessment. Other times, you may want to have a visit with one of the specialists who can give a more informed viewpoint, which may take a bit because their specialists are traveling dentists who work at different locations. They care. They really do. They will walk you through everything, they will show you the scans and explain, they will listen if you need to follow up. They have a long time period to ensure that you get help if you need adjustment without additional charges, even if something drastic happens like cracking a crown. Nothing but the best for this team.

There was no reason for them to touch, drill, or alter my two front teeth, yet they proceeded to drill into them, creating additional trauma and leaving my teeth looking worse and aesthetically unappealing. I came in expecting them to repair the tooth that was actually damaged from my accident--not create problems with teeth that did not need treatment. The situation made me question why additional work was performed when it appeared unnecessary, and whether they were creating additional dental damage in order to justify additional treatment and billing. Based on my experience, I am deeply concerned that the practice may be engaging in deceptive or potentially fraudulent billing practices, and I believe their treatment of my teeth and the charges associated with it should be thoroughly investigated. If you notice in the first picture, I posted there's only a crack in my back tooth. My front teeth are perfectly aligned. There's no indents, there's no drill texture, There's no lines. It's just a smooth Tooth however, in the second photo, this is me leaving the dentist office they did not address my original crack Tooth instead, they did their own thing on my front teeth!!! He was very knowledgeable, efficient, answered all my questions, and made the whole visit feel easy. The dental hygienist was amazing as well. The cleaning was very smooth and there was no pain at all, which is always nice when getting your teeth cleaned. One thing I also really appreciated was that everyone was friendly and helpful, but they also didn't try to carry a whole conversation while actively working on my teeth, which honestly was great because you can't really answer anyway. It made the cleaning feel very relaxed and comfortable. The scheduling staff was also very helpful with setting up my next appointment and proactive about looking into my insurance, which I really appreciated. Overall, 10/10 experience. Be careful when choosing this dental office. I spent weeks trying to schedule an appointment,…read morecalling multiple times and leaving voicemails that were never returned. When I finally got through, I was told there was only one available appointment time, which I fortunately was able to make work. When I arrived, I felt rushed from the moment I checked in. I was taken straight to the chair without anyone clearly explaining the procedure or what to expect. I also asked for an invoice or treatment breakdown so I could understand exactly what I was paying for, but they wouldn't provide one. What made me most uncomfortable was being told they only had 40 minutes available for a procedure that was supposed to take about an hour. Combined with the rushed environment and the dismissive attitude I experienced from both the dentist and the staff, I no longer felt confident moving forward with my treatment. Because I was already anxious about going to the dentist, I decided to refuse the procedure. I wasn't expecting anyone to eliminate my anxiety, but I did expect clear communication and a little reassurance before spending a significant amount of money on dental work. Unfortunately, I left feeling unheard and uncomfortable rather than cared for. & of course they'll try to save face under my review. But if I were the problem they wouldn't have sincerely apologized and offered to host me again Monday and provide a payment plan which I respectfully refused. After reading the owner's response, I feel it's important to clarify that my review is based entirely on my personal experience. I have no reason to misrepresent what happened. My concerns were not about the dental work itself, because I ultimately chose not to move forward with the procedure. My concerns were about the communication and overall experience. I spent weeks trying to reach the office, felt rushed during my appointment, wasn't given a clear breakdown of the treatment when I asked, and was told there wasn't enough time to complete a procedure that was expected to take longer. Combined with the way I was treated, I no longer felt comfortable proceeding and made the decision to leave. I'm simply sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision. Also, take the time to read the other low reviews. I could have saved a lot of time.
