We always had so so service but my standards are higher than most. When we got home after a 3 day…read morevisit we found the main food bowl almost empty, a food bowl upstairs completely empty and we had another cat behind a closed door with no access to the other food/water with an empty water bowl. When I sent pictures and they forwarded them to the sitter her reply was it was half full when I was there so she felt she did not need to fill them up. I know how much my cats eat and there was no way they were where she said it was at. She was just being lazy.

He told me what I was requesting was not unreasonable. For whatever the lame reason was my issue was never resolved. I was then told the sitters last day was the end of the month. This was like 2 weeks before the end of the month. I asked who was going to cover and was told he had no one to cover. Obviously I believe this was not a staffing issue as I had no idea I was going to be dumped by the end of the month and wasn't going to be told so I could have adequate time to find another sitter. This is not how to run a business and left a poor taste with me when it is something I depend on.

IT states on their website plainly!!! they refused me a few times for emergency care with excuses of" we are booked solid" and we close at 6!!!!"" and you have to bring your pet to the EMERGENcy vet."....just to walk into that place is 100 bucks!!!! These vets know they are crooks and tend to leach on your emotions at the time you need help for your loving pet. And the corporational ones are much worse..... Its wrong , inhumane and downright evil for people that are supposed to care for your pet at a emergency. They seemed to use my cats AGE too as a reason for not giving him an enema. As a Geriatric RN I already knew the risks....my own Mothers colon burst but it wasn't from food impaction it was from the horrid drugs that killed her intestines......... either way.?..I am well aware of the risks but the cat would either be put under for surgery and not survive it or die from a burst colon without it!!! so what choice is there?...ONLY GOD knows this. I wish I were back in NJ cause I had the greatest Holistic/Conventional Vet there in the world....came to the HOUSE TOO!!!! incredible doc and staff..and you didn't have a different vet everytime you went there... like at Apple , all I see are new faces since it went corporate. It was easy to schedule a "meet and greet" with Amy and Andrew, who are visiting our two dogs (a quiet 9-year old and a 5-year old with attitude; both sighthounds) about 3 times a week. Since then Amy and Andrew have taken care of our pups for the past month or so. They are both responsible and have the kind of calm personality that all dogs feel comfortable being around. They've followed all our instructions, provided very detailed updates and pictures, and taken good care of our doggies. So far I am very pleased with the service. We love our dogs like children and feel good about entrusting Amy and Andrew with their care.

I had ask that they only provide me with one one of their walkers that I had for the first 18 months, at least twice a week if possible. Their final response was " she is rarely available during the times I requested" ... I mean for the first 18 months she was available , and now she was not.... After numerous attempts to remedy this, they decided (Customer Service Agent Becca) to cut me and my dogs loose. I contacted them to give them "NOTICE"; that I would be looking for another service. I am a senior citizen wtih Dystolic Heart Failure. What a way to treat a senior citizen.. Terrible service... And the owner, did nothing, even though on her web page she states "If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our service, we will correct it right away and offer a money-back guarantee".
