I received a text the next day around noon that the slacks were ready. I came in and picked them up, the price was great and it was a less than 24 hour turnaround. I am so grateful for the friendly service and care, especially due to the delicate situation. I return Thursday at noon to pick it up and they can not find my clothes. I told them I would return in a few hours. When I return they said they had accidently sent it to another store. But they would have it back in a few hours. They also said they would comp my sell for the trouble.. So i return for the 3rd time at 5:30pm and they have my order. But by this time the owner (short hispanic guy) is there and says he will not comp anything. I explained to him I had been there three times, the order was 6 hours late and they had lost my clothes. He said it wasn't his fault and they wouldn't comp anything. In the end I told him I would never come back and he lost a customer for life over $6. He told me to stop talking and to leave. A shame.

The first time I picked it up the shirt it was cleaned but the under arms were not completely clean . So the young lady took the shirt back . I go to pick it the next time and the stains are even worse . Instead of the man at the counter telling me that the shirt and what they use for a stain remover don't really Mix or that sweat stains and silk do mix he straight up called me NASTY , that's a quote . He said the shirt was old , it's a current spring French connection blouse . Least to say after being called nasty and bringing in really old clothes to get dry cleaned I walked right out . They even tried to clean stains that were not there before so the shirt had a lg yellow blotch across the bottom of it that want there the first time they cleaned it .Don't go here , please just don't go here .
