It was extremely wrinkled and I asked why. He explained that all they do is just wash the comforter and toss it in a bag. Something I could have done from my home. For $62 dollars nothing had changed. He also tried to say that we spoke over the phone about the stains and how it needed more treatment which never happened. Do not waste your money here!

In their business, there is no clear indication that your laundry will be charged based on material it is made of, A shirt is a shirt and a male shirt does not turn in to female shirt. Previously they has given me someone elses order and suggested just to keep it. They found my shirts two weeks later only after I insisted. I return Thursday at noon to pick it up and they can not find my clothes. I told them I would return in a few hours. When I return they said they had accidently sent it to another store. But they would have it back in a few hours. They also said they would comp my sell for the trouble.. So i return for the 3rd time at 5:30pm and they have my order. But by this time the owner (short hispanic guy) is there and says he will not comp anything. I explained to him I had been there three times, the order was 6 hours late and they had lost my clothes. He said it wasn't his fault and they wouldn't comp anything. In the end I told him I would never come back and he lost a customer for life over $6. He told me to stop talking and to leave. A shame.
