Not sure about all the reviews below because the experience I had with Classic Valet is the complete opposite. I commend the attendants who handled my car. Being a recently new car owner I am very cautious when it comes to those attending my car with valet service, fortunately, with Classic Valet there were absolutely no worries to be had! They were kind enough to open my door when I arrived at the venue and they were very careful pulling away and parking the car! I took note of this because there have my instances where some other valet company attendants drive off aggressively with my car... They were also very efficient at the event when retrieving​ my car, I only waited a couple minutes to receive it even though there was a large crowd! Couple of weeks ago went to Lombardos Restaurant WP (good food no complaints with them) however, they use CLASSIC VALET, upon returning my BMW SUV, The valet attendant alerted us that they had an accident with my car (extensive damage to the entire passenger side) and that the company would take care of it....sure. Close to $9000 later, my insurance had to take over! Not to mention the women I spoke to at Classic was initially rude and really, a ding or dent is one thing, but the damage my car sustained to have my car valet parked is unacceptable!!! So no raves review on my part and reconsider if it's Classic Valet! read more

Mother's Day 2018 at maestros, damage to the front bumper of my car while in their services, a nice golf ball sized hole, called and spoke to Valerie who said no problem we will take care of it, she asked for an estimate to be faxed from a body shop, after a week of calling and leaving messages I finally got a hold of her. Her response was to give me a $100 towards a $500 estimate, "take it or leave it or go thru your own insurance". She also claimed her workers said they didn't do it and that they never lie to her. Please save the bullshit for someone else. Unfortunately for maestros I'll never go there again with my vehicle or any business that uses classic valet. Classic valet parking provides an outstanding service that I wish my building had all the time. The young people that provide the valet service are polite, energetic and wait time to get your back is really less than a minute or two. No matter how busy they are they manage to provide a fast and fantastic service especially when it's inclement weather and we don't have to walk out in the pouring rain. I had a great experience with them at Sojo spa. I thought I lost my phone and when I came for my car they save it for me. I let it fall when I got off and they could've just taken it but they didn't!! They were fast and efficient. read more

I worked an event for them on November 2, 2019 at a hospital in Mt. Kisco, New York and their staff was getting drunk on the job while driving expensive cars. Their management or the people in charge of the drivers that night would hire people without licenses probably without the owner knowing considering I recently wrote a complaint similar to this and they said They had no record of me working for them which shows what kind of company this actually is. read more

Trusting someone with your car is always really difficult, especially for something like valet. Classic Valet Parking not only put me at ease, but were beyond professional and assuring. I was with a friend and they were friendly, answered all our questions thoroughly and made sure we were happy. They made me feel that they cared about their customer's satisfaction, along with the safety of our car. I look forward to bringing my own car back to them. read more

Beware! These guys did $1,800 worth of damage to my almost new car (have solid proof and witnesses). I initially dealt with the catering hall that hired them, but eventually had to communicate directly with Classic Valet. Per their request, I got an estimate for the repairs and sent them photos. I also offered to get additional estimates for comparison. After several unanswered emails and phone messages, Valerie (of Classic Valet) basically told me that since the damage was below their deductible I could take a hike and handle it with my own insurance. A few weeks later, after some intervention from the catering hall, I heard from Valerie again. This time they were willing to reimburse me for my insurance deductible but only if I signed a waiver forfeiting my carrier's rights to try to recoup the money they paid toward my claim. This would have been a clear violation of my insurance policy. I am now working with several consumer advocacy agencies to pursue action against Classic Valet. read more

UPDATED REVIEW: I used Classic Valet Parking on May 8th 2016 at 3:30pm around Salsa con Fuego. I was sitting down in Salsa con Fuego next to a window which had a view of the valet parking service. I noticed my car going in the wrong direction on a one way street. This isn't unusual for a NYC Valet; however, what I saw next is unacceptable. After they moved my car-- against traffic-- I see the driver open the hood of my car to jump start another vehicle. I immediately left Salsa Con Fuego and ran towards my car. I asked for an explanation as to why this was going to be done. I was informed that "Junca" gave authorization to perform this action. Junca is not the owner of my car, so I am completely at a loss of words. I was not contacted to ask if they could use my car; without my authorization this is unacceptable. I asked to speak with the manager and he was not helpful. He offered a refund for the valet services which I chose not to accept. I left furious at the situation. It was Mother's Day and I was trying to have a nice afternoon with my wife, child, mother, and mother-in-law. Their lack of professionalism tainted what should've been a joyous celebration. The folks at Salsa Con Fuego came to our table and gave me the contact information for the Valet Services. They were helpful and tried to make our dining experience as positive as they could. I sent an email that same day, Sunday 5/8/16, to file a complaint and also called the very next day, Monday 5/9/16, to ensure my complaint was received since I had not received a response. When I called Classic Valet Parking the staff was rude and dismissive. Later that day, I received an apology and explanation via email. Classic Valet also sent me a reimbursement check for $50.00. Valerie Hughes from the Claims Department remedied the situation as best she could and for that I am grateful. read more

I'd give ZERO stars if possible. Why would any restaurant allow this operation to park cars???? BEWARE!! In my opinion, this is a very shady business, and based on the reviews it looks like Im not alone. I absolutely DO NOT recommend Classic Valet to anyone. Their valet damaged the rear passenger side of my truck - they caused dents. I know they damaged it because I washed my truck that morning and there were no dents, I wouldn't have been able to miss the dents. The only place I went after washing the truck was to The Mohawk House in Sparta NJ where Classic Valet was operating, and the only place I went afterwards was home. When I left, it was dark and raining and the valet pulled up to me with the driver side facing me, so I could not see the damage. The next morning (Sunday) I noticed the damage. I left them a message on Monday when they reppened and I spoke with them on Tuesday and was instructed to get an estimate and take pictures which I did. After presenting them with the estimate and pictures I was informed they were denying my claim because the restaurant wasn't busy that night (not true) and because the valet wouldn't have noticed the damage they caused (great excuse for denying it), which they consider minor. The passenger side is dented and the initial estimate was $700. I offered to take the truck to an autobody of their choosing, also denied. Mohawk House has done absolutely nothing either, yet you basically have to use the valet. There is no self-parking in their lot. You drive up their driveway and surprise- there's, in my opinion, a TERRIBLE valet. read more
