Discrimination and inhumane. My new car with paper tags was towed from my apartment complex because I missed one number on the paper license. I am partially blind in my left eye but all other information was registered accurately. My complex number was also provided. No one contacted me and after paying for a new car now I'm stuck with a no way to go pick up my car and pay 240 for it to be released. I parked in visitor parking and received a confirmation email only to wake and be towed for missing one digit. Any person with half a brain could see it was clearly the SAME car and that I was following the rules by parking in visitor parking and registering. I don't know how they sleep at night taking advantage of people who can't afford homes or choose multihousing units. They don't do due diligence to ensure someone is actually in violation and act like robots in communication. I want justice and feel bullied discriminated and taken advantage of by this business. I will be reporting this to the state of Texas. Clearly my intent was to follow the rule and now I'm penalized for poor vision due to domestic violence. Stop beating up on people. read more

Owner Bryan Miller is one of the rudest people ive had the displeasure of talking to. The entire company screams fraudulent, first time i called and spoke to a so called "supervisor" lady was extremely rude and refused to give her name. You would think the owner be more leveled-headed but no, he is as hard headed as Stonehenge. I basically got towed because of their site misleading me, and of course they would rather argue with customers then offer a solution. If you get towed, just take them to court if you have the time. No point in talking to a brick wall, will be reporting to the BBB...and advise everyone else to do the same. read more

My cousin car was towed from my apartment complex last night he was parked in a visitor space he parks there all the time when visiting my family the driver was rude and laughing while talking to us on the phone. Request for information about seeing the picture where to go he hung up a couple of times on me and then gave us a phony website to go to request for a picture the page is blank won't even load . My lawyer will be contacting y'all first thing Monday morning seems like y'all are scamming people. Currently on hour 4 of waiting for a tow. The dispatcher is extremely rude and only picked up after I called several times. They've been unable to give me an eta. At hour 1 there were 5 cars and hour 2 there were 3 so here we are at hour 4 and still waiting blindly for a tow truck driver to show up. Just as ghetto as the property that contracted them smh. UPDATE: Driver finally came at 4:25am lied and said he's been calling me but I'd been calling him with no answer after the dispatcher told me at 4am that the driver was waiting on my permit which I sent him at 12:53am smh I do not recommend this trash ass towing company read more

Called because someone came and parked in my reserved parking spot they called me back within 15 minutes asked for all proper information. They called me immediately back and told me they were 10 minutes away and called when they were pulling up. They are Great about caring about your safety and theirs and we're done in a matter of minutes. Definitely RECOMMEND for ALL your TOWING NEEDS!!!! DEFINITELY SATISFIED. read more

classic towing is the worse and I recommend anyone that needs a tow just for normal use don't use them because they will have you paying to get your own vehicle repaired and will not refund even though they said they will. They're horrible and the tow truck driver doesn't care about tearing up a person vehicle. It's all about money to them. This is unacceptable, my truck was took out of my parking spot that I pay for, not understanding why, it's new I don't even have my registration and tags yet, 5 kids and I don't have 230 to spend on some ones mess up, their is no reason why my truck should have been towed especially in a spot I pay for if I didn't call for it to be towed why would this company even touch my truck, I'm furious, but I have read my laws and I know what I can do and that's take them and their operator to court, this is not right this company seems to be a towing predator and I'm not gone stand for it, I will be contacting the right people to have my back with this company and situation, this move that classic towing took makes no sense to me and this should never happened . VERY unprofessional . I put in 3 request for a car to be removed out of a spot I pay for. Once the driver was supposedly on his way he said it would take 40mins. I had already waited 3 hours. 40 mins pass the driver states oh I'm sorry my manager needed me but I'm on my way. They requested paperwork & I sent the paperwork. Classic Towing uses illegal towing practices and goes against TDLR regulations to steal people's cars. On one occasion the owner admitted fault for wrongfully towing my vehicle and said he would release the car free of charge (through email). I replied and said that I had already retrieved my car but would like a refund instead, to which he never replied. The drivers do illegal "drop-fees" and they seem to follow no rules when it comes to proper signage. Terrible company, if you see your apartments use Classic Towing as their towing service provider, live somewhere else, they WILL steal your car. read more
