The new owner seems like he's trying to hustle but in my opinion isn't very professional. Got my 2nd apt time wrong so I had to rearrange my entire day to make HIS time. 4th aptI completely spaced on (doesn't have a follow up or confirmation system in place for apts) I deeply apologized and tried to make another apt and he totally blew me off. I started going here in 2019, and it was recommended by my brother. I wasn't able to get a cut with the person he recommended, but Julie was available to take walk-ins. It usually takes multiple visits before people are able to "learn" my hair, but she did such a great job from the start. She always double-checks that she understands what you want. She does not talk with you much, but she is very kind. I recently started getting shaved as well, and I remember why I love a barber shave. I never feel like they are just trying to herd us through quickly. Though, it wouldn't bother me if it happened sometimes simply because I want them to stay in business. It's family friendly, and they are conscious of what is playing on the TV, stopping to change the channel if whatever is playing is inappropriate for kids. I've seen them do this even when there are no kids in the shop, but they said they do it to be respectful of families regardless if kids are there. I'm not easily offended, but I greatly appreciated the respectful approach. This is truly a neighborhood barbershop, and I'm thankful they are in my neighborhood! read more

Went in to get a beard trim and found the end result to be badly misshapen and trimmed uneven! I was very disappointed. Didn't say at the time because some times you don't notice until your home but I wouldn't go back! I ended up fixing it at home! Something are better done by your self! read more

Finally, a barber shop that does not have the news channels on blaring their own version of propaganda. A very nice and relaxing experience with dedicated barbers who care about their craft. I received a great haircut at a fair price. A fantastic family business that cares about its customers. There is even a beer fridge under the cash register. The only downside is that they are a cash only business and it's not posted on the door before you walk in. Why would any store not offer the modern convenience of swiping a card? There is a no fee ATM machine tucked away in the back. Overall, I will certainly be a regular customer and spend my cash money in a great family owned neighborhood business. read more

If i could put 0/5 i would. I asked for a high skin fade with box sides. I told him as well to leave the top uncut because i would do that at home after receiving my haircut. I had trust, especially when the barber said "okay no problem" without any hesitation. Little did i know i was going to get what was the worst haircut, simple no fade whatsoever and couldn't even give me the box/straight look as you can see in the picture, he went too high and inward. I should've stopped him mid cut but i felt bad and Also did not want to leave home with half a cut. I still gave the man $20 and he had the guts to still tell me "it's $21". How he has a license is crazy to me. read more

Well, I guess when Paul goes on vacation, Max, Tony and Roman are always ready and have all the skills and tools necessary to deliver any kind of cut. Walk-ins only. Comfortable and plentiful seating. Can get REALLY busy at peak times, but worth the wait. Sports, Spike, or A&E are always on the flatscreen TVs they have mounted over the mirrors. read more
