I sent a photo & written instructions ahead per their request, said what I wanted/didn't want repeatedly in person, and she still did the opposite of what I asked for. I went back for correction and once again the same thing happened. I'm gutted. I now have hair that is cut far too short including the bangs that were cut in a way that left them unintegrated from the rest of the hair -they look like a shelf. When I went in for the "correction" they cut even more of my hair away and now it is worse. I'm truly embarrassed to have my hair look this way. Also, be aware that they require a credit card hold for your appointment. Your card will be charged if you cancel without a 48 hour notice. You are also required to sign electronically that you will not receive a refund if you are unhappy with the work they do- they will offer a correction only.

I called in on Monday they were closed. left a message. No one ever called me back. I wanted to talk a a manager to let them know that she might need to work with a few more mannequins before she's turned loose to cut other people's hair. but I'm thinking they already knew that and that's why I never got a call back. I have super long and silky dark hair and she has done an amazing job keeping my hair very healthy while we have colored it from dark, to heavily highlighted blonde, back to dark.
