There we decided on a high quality durable engineered hardwood that would beautifully suit our home. Next she came to our home, took exact measurements, gave us a final quote, and promptly got us on the schedule. Within no time she had a professional team there removing our existing outdated hardwood floors and preparing for the installers to come. The following week Ray and Bernie began the installation. These guys are true professionals! They clearly communicated issues they encountered with our subfloor, how they would remedy them, and the timeline to expect each room to be finished. Overall the quality is unmatched, we're very happy with the finished results, and would highly recommend LG Kramer!

They were able to get us an appointment in their showroom, which was packed with options. They came out same day to take measurements and provide us with a quote. We ended up finding a nice LVP option that worked well with our house. The install team was scheduled quickly and finished the job within a few days. The install team worked efficiently, were kind and cleaned up after themselves. LG Kramer really took the time to make sure everything went smoothly. Even after a year, we are receiving great service. Recently we chose to update a bathroom vanity, which left a gap in the flooring. We called and asked if they could cosmetically fix our section and sure enough they had an installer out here quickly and we are back to new. So thankful for Gianna's warm heart and the amazing crews they have helping their clients.

Our salesperson Steve was very patient with us and helped us make product decisions. Steve came to our house during the messy WHOLE HOUSE demolition process, took all the measurements and gave us a quote. We were extremely pleased with the total price for materials and installation. Needless to say, we were pretty nervous not being on-site for both the flooring installation. The company's installers were FANTASTIC! They took our calls during the process, sent us pictures as the went along. We returned to a completely finished home and the flooring looks FANTASTIC! Their pricing was $500 below another retailer who was selling me based on remnants to get the price as low as Richards. I wanted an upgraded padding as well as thresholds. The installer was efficient, on time and pleasant. He moved all the large furniture pieces and put them back--not a scratch! The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars was that the installer refused to lay a wood threshhold and hide tv cables under the closet rug. Also the upgraded padding was not installed. With 2 trips back, I got my threshhold (which I bought and stained) and the cables hidden. The padding issue would've meant tearing up the entire 2 rooms of carpet. We agreed on a rebate, but I would've been happier if I'd gotten my upgraded padding as requested. Miscommunications, but still happy with the rooms. Thanks Richards' Warehouse!
