I will take my business elsewhere. Update based on response - I did call for resolution and zero options were given - interesting how there is a request for me to follow up when I post a review. I dropped off about five shirts on a Thursday, and was told they would be ready by Monday morning…read more I happened to not be able to go until Tuesday, however, when I showed up, I was told that the clothes were not ready, and that they needed more time. I come back two days later, but despite the hours posted on the door/online indicating that they open at 7am, at 8am, the place was dark and no indication of anyone around. When I finally got my clothes, it turned out one of the shirts was not cleaned well, so I asked to have them re-do it. I paid for the shirts in total (took some home). When I returned two or so days later, the same gentleman who took the shirt a second time could now not locate my shirt-- it was either not re-logged correctly, as the number system (note: a black and white composition handbook) was directing him to the wrong place on the rack system. We had to go shirt by shirt on the entire rack to find my shirt. Several minutes and spins later, we finally found it. ~$12, a delay, a dirty and then nearly lost shirt later, no refund. Needless to say, I will not be returning.
