They made us set the appointment a full month and a week in advance, because according to them they were very busy. On the day of the highly anticipated driving and driving test appointment, they did not even show up. Totally unprofessional. My son was very disappointed. I paid for the session upfront and have yet to receive my requested refund which I demanded immediately. I will file a lawsuit in the coming days. I find their customer service and overall business practices abhorrent and I would highly advise against using their services.

Website is a nightmare, in 3 months only 2 in time driving times given and both rejected because they were over the 2 hour drive limit. This is the limit the school uploads so they know that the system will reject everyone. No one returns calls or emails, reviews these past 3 months have been horrible. Looking at class action lawsuit because they scammed so many people out of money with no in person drive sessions ever available.​
