James came out and looked at my damage and told me I didn't need to get work done, but showed me the exact products I needed to buy to buff out the scratches. He even buffed out one of the scratches right then to show it would work. They decided to build trust with me instead of make a quick several bills. I dropped car at this location. they automatically called allstate and done all communication with allstate without me. I wish I could give NEGATIVES STARS AND TAKE LEGAL ACTION!!! They went through my car and stole my airpods and there is still damage they didn't fix. I got in a car accident and chose them through my insurance. When arrived Carvelle was great. I told them my door was broken and it didn't open. They proceeded to BREAK my door. My car was supposed to be done on Thursday but it wasn't. I had to reach out and call 10 times to get someone. When my car was actually done they called me 10 minutes before closing on a Friday so I couldn't get my car until Monday. When I got my car everything was everywhere. Papers were tossed and gone through in my dashboard, middle console, and my boxes in the back and someone STOLE MY AIRPODS!!! I called to report and I just got transfered to a manager who just gave me some BS answer and never took responsibility. Also don't use Hertz for your rental it takes forever. The job on the vehicle was excellent and before expected time. Premier Carstar even detailed my car which made it look brand new and also did some touch up work on the body. All these were extra work not covering by the insurance. My wife was extremely happy. Carstar service really went above and beyond. I was originally thinking of going to the Subaru dealer to get my repair work done, but after reading the reviews, I switched over the Carstar. Carstar had great reviews but I was still skeptical. This place is awful! I think none of them know anything about the car. They ordered wrong parts and request me to pay more to fix it right. You know, I got quotes from other bodyshops either but I chose them because they offer me the cheapest price. However, it finally turned out to be most expensive. Is this how they earn money? Also, they even broken my side mirror when they managed it. But they said that kind of things can happen when they do the jobs and that is how their business goes. What the fuck! This is the best auto body shop I've ever dealt with. I got into a car accident right after hurricane Harvey. The customer service provided at Premier Carstar helped take the frustration and inconvenience out of the whole process. They took care of setting up the rental car which really helped make the process easier for me. They did a great job on repairing my car, and detailed the whole car. The shop is Acura certified which is why I picked them, and the paint job was really good. The service manager explained every thing to me along the way. Geico approved non-OEM bumper for my BMW and it ended up with defects. Since Carstar provides guarantee satisfaction, they really lived up to their promise. They decided to order the OEM bumper and bear the additional cost themselves. I received the car today and the bumper is now perfect. They did me right! Kudos to Alonzo! Really AMAZING service. A+++ . Took my car here for an insurance claim on another party, through their Nationwide insurance. It was one of their preferred shops, and I chose it based on the reviews. The main tech Daniel, was very nice and down to earth, and easy to reach. He gave me a really good explanation of everything being done. I asked for him to give me an estimate on some body work separate from the claim, and he worked very hard to try and meet my budget. When he couldn't get to the price I could afford he gave me some third party shops that might be able to. I received daily emails from nationwide with pictures of my car, and several phone calls from Daniel with updates on my car. From the moment I walked in the service was impeccable , as the receptionist called enterprise to bring my rental within ten seconds of walking in before she even pulled up my info. I highly recommend this shop. I can't comment on cost , as it was an insurance claim for $1700 , but I don't know what that would cost a regular individual. But I would bet they are pretty fair. They even vacuumed out the inside really well and cleaned all the upholstery , even the bottom of the cup holders. And when I arrived to pick up my car Daniel was walking around my car, putting touch up paint on all my nicks and scratches. Then they gave me the bottle of paint to keep. Enough said.
