really satisfied with their service. I got car accident and will be paid by allstate isurance. I dropped car at this location. they automatically called allstate and done all communication with allstate without me. They called enterprise for me so that I will have a rental car while my car is being repaired(of course that is also covered by allstate.) when my care is getting repaired, they send me update email everyday. after repairing is done, I go to pick my car, I just need to drop my rental car at the bodyshop and they will arrange enterprise to pick up. what a full service! read more

I brought my car to Classic Collision as it needed paint work on two doors. I am a repeat customer because they always do a great job. It's easy to get an estimate in writing. Once you authorize the work they keep you informed the entire process of the repair. I learned that their prices are great and will work with your insurance. No paint work job is too small. read more

Classic Collision - Passenger door paint/repair. - Body Shops Near Me - Houston, Texas

Car was in an accident and had a dent and damaged paint near the gas cap/left back quarter of the car. The lady who hit me had State Farm and I was sent to this shop for my ($1300 worth) of repairs that they paid for. The shop did an amazing job and it looks like it never happened - they also washed my car and did a deep vacuum, it was like a brand new car, even had the new car smell. I was devastated about the damages to my otherwise great conditioned car, but they fixed it all up in only 3 days. Will definitely come back for anything else that occurs in the future! read more

Classic Collision failed to repair my Kia within the promised timeframe, and my insurance stopped covering my rental car. Classic Collision offered to pay for the additional rental days, but never actually paid, causing Enterprise to charge me. I tried to contact Classic Collision for a refund, but they never responded. As a customer, I find it concerning and untrustworthy that Classic Collision would steal $300 from me after I spent almost $4000 on a simple repair. read more

They value customers over profit. I was in a very minor fender bender which left a few scratches on my car. My insurance sent me here and I was expecting them to charge me the whole deductible by default. James came out and looked at my damage and told me I didn't need to get work done, but showed me the exact products I needed to buy to buff out the scratches. He even buffed out one of the scratches right then to show it would work. They decided to build trust with me instead of make a quick several bills. I will definitely come back here any time I need work done. read more

Under the care of Classic Collison after they finished the work on my $200,000 G Wagon left my vehicle outside for three days in a questionable neighborhood after I told them I was out of town and wouldn't be there to pick up my vehicle until early Monday morning Feb. 12th. While my vehicle was outside someone attempted to break into my vehicle. Making matters worse Classic Collison would not take full responsibility for the damage incurred on my vehicle while in their care. This is truly the worse experience I have ever had at an Auto Body Repair. In the future GEICO can never offer this shop to me for repai read more

Walked in to see about replacing side view mirror cover caps that had been stolen, & was told they didn't have any appointments for a couple of weeks. I responded ok to which the lady at the front desk responded "ok, thank you." Instead of offering me an appointment. Very odd experience considering what I needed was not an immediate necessity lol read more

I used Car Star brand shops in Philadelphia and was THRILLED the company is also here in Houston. They're fair, clean, efficient, with extraordinary customer service. My truck was in an accident and they were wonderful communication the process, status, and completed all work in a week. I hope I don't have to come back soon but if I have more damage due to the horrible drivers in Houston I'm only bringing my truck here! read more

Recently had my car serviced at CARSTAR. If you're looking for a body shop look no further. They were friendly, effective, and knowledgeable! read more

If I could give zero stars I would! THEY'RE SCAMMERS!!! This place serviced my car for a week allegedly saying my car would be fixed and when time for my car to be ready they called to tell me there is a slight delay would take more days. When I picked up my vehicle they charged me 2000$ and my car was still not fixed. A month later my car broke down because of issues they said " we're fixed " read more

I wish I could give NEGATIVES STARS AND TAKE LEGAL ACTION!!! They went through my car and stole my airpods and there is still damage they didn't fix. I got in a car accident and chose them through my insurance. When arrived Carvelle was great. I told them my door was broken and it didn't open. They proceeded to BREAK my door. My car was supposed to be done on Thursday but it wasn't. I had to reach out and call 10 times to get someone. When my car was actually done they called me 10 minutes before closing on a Friday so I couldn't get my car until Monday. When I got my car everything was everywhere. Papers were tossed and gone through in my dashboard, middle console, and my boxes in the back and someone STOLE MY AIRPODS!!! I called to report and I just got transfered to a manager who just gave me some BS answer and never took responsibility. Also don't use Hertz for your rental it takes forever. My car still has visible damage but my experience was so bad I don't care to get it fixed. read more

These guys are the best. I had an issue with the repair and it was graciously corrected. Alonzo and Monica are great to work with. Rental car was arranged for me; they did very fast, quality work; car was delivered on time and returned spotless, and repair looks like new. read more

I had a great experience with Carstar. Everything was done in a timely manner, and Daniel kept me updated during the whole process. My mustang looked good as new, and I couldn't be happier! Hopefully I won't have to go back any time soon, but this shop would be my go to if I ever need any work done in the future. Thanks so much Daniel and Monica!!! read more

Great customer service! Car looks like it was never in an accident. Additionally I came back to a complimentary washed car :)

The job on the vehicle was excellent and before expected time. Premier Carstar even detailed my car which made it look brand new and also did some touch up work on the body. All these were extra work not covering by the insurance. My wife was extremely happy. Carstar service really went above and beyond. I was originally thinking of going to the Subaru dealer to get my repair work done, but after reading the reviews, I switched over the Carstar. Carstar had great reviews but I was still skeptical. I'm very glad I did a right decision. I definitely will recommend this place to anyone and most definitely will take my vehicle here if I ever have to. read more

I had a guy rear end me and cracked/dislocated my bumper! :( since he had geico they payed for everything and told me to go here. They did such a great job! It took them less time than estimated to fix my car. 2 days! If I had any questions they helped me out. Also they washed AND cleaned my car for the inside which they didn't have to do. I loved my experience there. read more

CarStar did an amazing job with my sandwich'd Subaru. Besides guaranteeing there work for the life of the vehicle, and excellent and timely customer service, they were personable and communicated the status of the work daily*. I will definitely use CarStar again if I'm ever in the need for an auto body fix. *make sure you sign up for the text updates. They're professional, funny and let you know great information. read more

I was rear ended and had to take my car in for repair. Carstar is on the list of authorized shops for Statefarm, and they have a pretty good rating on yelp, so I decided to try them. I'm so glad that I did! Carvel was the person who initially took my call and got me in immediately. She was very courteous, informative, and honest about what to expect and even helped me with getting a rental vehicle. Carstar turned an inconvenient accident into a pleasant repair experience. The car runs great and looks like nothing happened to it. Will definitely use them again if I need to. read more

Daniel provided phenomenal customer service throughout the beginning and end. My situation was not through insurance and the guy who wanted to pay out of pocket (who hit me) was being difficult and trying to negotiate... but Daniel helped out regardless and was patient with the paying party. The back of my TLX looks better than new. I picked this place because it was on Acura's website as a certified body shop (not even the dealerships are all certified!) and I am really glad I chose this spot. read more

This team was amazing! Alonzo was who I had to deal with throughout the process of getting my car repaired. They constantly keep you updated and get it done as quick as possible. The customer service really was 10/10 highly recommend! read more

This place is awful! I think none of them know anything about the car. They ordered wrong parts and request me to pay more to fix it right. You know, I got quotes from other bodyshops either but I chose them because they offer me the cheapest price. However, it finally turned out to be most expensive. Is this how they earn money? Also, they even broken my side mirror when they managed it. But they said that kind of things can happen when they do the jobs and that is how their business goes. What the fuck! The manager said he will never reimburse me for anything. He even shouted at me. I would never go here again. read more

This is the best auto body shop I've ever dealt with. I got into a car accident right after hurricane Harvey. The customer service provided at Premier Carstar helped take the frustration and inconvenience out of the whole process. They took care of setting up the rental car which really helped make the process easier for me. They did a great job on repairing my car, and detailed the whole car. The shop is Acura certified which is why I picked them, and the paint job was really good. The service manager explained every thing to me along the way. I also received text message updates at the end of the work. My car feels brand new again. I would recommend this body shop and will use them again. Fingers crossed, hopefully I won't need to. read more

I wouldn't recommend this place definitely. My car was not fixed properly. It kept overheating and made very strange noise from the suspension. I was referred by my insurance company to this place and should have taken the car to the dealership instead read more

They are amazing!! They did an awesome job on my car, made it look brand new. Nearly better than when I bought it off the lot!!

Best repair experience I have ever had. Great work.. Excellent communication, on time. Was put off by the area and the shady businesses close by but don't let that fool you. They know their stuff. Alex and Steven know their stuff. read more

They were very kind and helpful. Almost all the repair shops were closing and I needed to make almost a 40 mile drive back home. They saw I needed a assistance and helped me with a minor fix right away. Thank you so very much again! I was able to make it home safely and stress free! read more

Would have given them 10 stars if google would let me. I was rear-ended recently and decided to the responsible party insurance (geico) to fix. Chose this body shop because of their review rating. Geico approved non-OEM bumper for my BMW and it ended up with defects. Since Carstar provides guarantee satisfaction, they really lived up to their promise. They decided to order the OEM bumper and bear the additional cost themselves. I received the car today and the bumper is now perfect. They did me right! Kudos to Alonzo! Would definitely recommend my friends to use them. read more

We used car star one year ago and it was great. My car ran a tire on the free way and I hot some last night again so my front of car was damaged. I went in today and told him what happened. I was very happy with the service, the care, and the detail that went into the servicing of my car. Right from the first phone call to the pick-up of the vehicle, they sent daily updates as to the status of the work being done. Not only did they have the car ready two days before they promised, but the work was terrific, and the car was immaculately clean throughout when I picked it up. Both Monica and Alonzo were informative, easy to work with, and generally nice people. I can't thank them all enough. read more

This body shop deserves more than 5 stars. They took care of me fast and easy and they make sure of it. The people here are amazing and ask for Alonzo, he's the guy to go to because he would make sure everything is done perfectly and ready to go. It's extremely hard to find a shop that you can trust but they earned my trust 100%. When you walk in you have Carvelle taking care of anything you need without any hassle. I'm completely satisfied with their work, I wouldn't think twice to come again. read more

CarStar was very helpful and professional and Daniel was very accommodating and took the time to explain everything about the inspection he performed on my vehicle. Really AMAZING service. A+++ . Took my car here for an insurance claim on another party, through their Nationwide insurance. It was one of their preferred shops, and I chose it based on the reviews. The main tech Daniel, was very nice and down to earth, and easy to reach. He gave me a really good explanation of everything being done. I asked for him to give me an estimate on some body work separate from the claim, and he worked very hard to try and meet my budget. When he couldn't get to the price I could afford he gave me some third party shops that might be able to. I received daily emails from nationwide with pictures of my car, and several phone calls from Daniel with updates on my car. From the moment I walked in the service was impeccable , as the receptionist called enterprise to bring my rental within ten seconds of walking in before she even pulled up my info. I highly recommend this shop. I can't comment on cost , as it was an insurance claim for $1700 , but I don't know what that would cost a regular individual. But I would bet they are pretty fair. They even vacuumed out the inside really well and cleaned all the upholstery , even the bottom of the cup holders. And when I arrived to pick up my car Daniel was walking around my car, putting touch up paint on all my nicks and scratches. Then they gave me the bottle of paint to keep. Enough said. Great place. read more
