Machines range from small-large with large dryers to knock out two weeks worth of laundry in a couple of hours. I was told it may have gone onto the train and that there was nothing they could do except say sorry. I've been to more than 36 laundromats across the United States, and this is the first time something like this has ever happened. An apology does not replace an expensive bracelet, and customers should be clearly warned if there is any risk of personal items being lost during the wash process. I expected better accountability and customer service. Very disappointing experience.
