I had really good service from Brian on a 2 yr old Dell laptop that had a number of issues. He followed up, called me several times to explain what he needed to do. Fixed within a couple of days and machine is working great. I was stunned how little he charged, the price was definitely right. Would use again. read more

BEWARE I was lulled into a false sense of Christianity, respect and kindness when I heard the answering machine message on BWN Computer Repair and Service's (Hwy 16, Graham, TX) phone (940-282-0290) when I left a message asking for a return call yesterday. I reported to my employer the outcome of this attempt at obtaining help from, whom I thought was to be an expert, and he immediately suggested I write a review. I said 'no' but having slept on it - here it is. To the owner's credit, he actually did call me back. That's where all things changed...for the worse and I am sorry to state there is absolutely nothing else good to say about this company and/or its customer service. I was met by yelling, the hammering of his desk to accentuate his points, extreme disrespect, lecturing, continual insinuations of my ignorance (or anyone else's) of computers and absolutely no listening on his part! It was amazing. I haven't met with that level of demonic behavior and treatment in many many years - such anger! AND, I was never allowed to even explain why I was calling or even ask a question - the owner never closed his mouth long enough to listen to anything I (the potential customer) had to say. I kept quiet until he finally stopped to take a breath, I thanked him, wished him a good day and hung up! read more

Having worked in the computer hardware and software field back in the Silicon Valley for over 28 years...as well as Owner of That Computer Man in downtown San Francisco for almost twenty years, Brian Norby (owner of both That Computer Man and BWN Computer), has settled in Graham, Texas (January 2011) and started a new and competitive computer repair business (August 2011) in the Graham, Texas area. BWN Computer is registered with the Graham, Texas Chamber of Commerce (since October 2012) and has been steadily growing in satisfied clientele since its opening.

Meet the Business Owner: Brian N.

Ever since the early 1980's, Brian has yearned and learned everything that he could about computers...software and hardware. His first business, That Computer Man, was run for almost twenty years in downtown San Francisco before moving to Graham, Texas. After moving to Graham, Brian opened BWN Computer which has grown steadily in clientele since its grand opening in August of 2011. Brian is a man of integrity who places God first...then family...friends...and clients...before himself. BWN Computer is Grahams' established Home of Happy Computing. :)

Appreciate all of the hard work that Brian does for BWN Computer. He worked on recovering data from a crashed computer and then repaired the computer getting pretty much everything back the way it was for an event we had coming up in a couple of days. As for value...getting us back up and running by the next day and at such an affordable price...BWN Computer will continue to service our computer when we need it. read more
