BEWARE
I was lulled into a false sense of Christianity, respect and kindness when I heard the answering machine message on BWN Computer Repair and Service's (Hwy 16, Graham, TX) phone (940-282-0290) when I left a message asking for a return call yesterday.
I reported to my employer the outcome of this attempt at obtaining help from, whom I thought was to be an expert, and he immediately suggested I write a review. I said 'no' but having slept on it - here it is.
To the owner's credit, he actually did call me back. That's where all things changed...for the worse and I am sorry to state there is absolutely nothing else good to say about this company and/or its customer service.
I was met by yelling, the hammering of his desk to accentuate his points, extreme disrespect, lecturing, continual insinuations of my ignorance (or anyone else's) of computers and absolutely no listening on his part! It was amazing. I haven't met with that level of demonic behavior and treatment in many many years - such anger! AND, I was never allowed to even explain why I was calling or even ask a question - the owner never closed his mouth long enough to listen to anything I (the potential customer) had to say.
I kept quiet until he finally stopped to take a breath, I thanked him, wished him a good day and hung up! read more
