Great car wash and I recommend as I live really close it's my go to for self service. My only complaint is that the foam guns don't shoot out foam and I like using that on my car. It worked once and then it didn't.. don't know who to contact about getting that fixed but if this comes across I hope to see them running again! This car wash must be under new management because it's now called Supreme Machine Express Car Wash. This was my first time washing my car at this location. I visited on a random Thursday morning around 10:30am. It wasn't crowded, but there was a steady stream of cars going through the automatic car wash. A few people took the time to use the vacuums. I didn't get any photos, but I chose the $15 price point over the $8 car wash because I wanted the tires washed. The two employees waiting at the start of the car wash were pleasant, and I appreciated that they smiled. The car got pretty clean, so I was happy. I pulled into one of the vacuum areas so I could vacuum my seats and mats. I always have my own towels on hand, so I didn't use the free towels that the location provides to customers. The vacuum was decent, but I felt like the suction on the passenger side wasn't as powerful as the one on the driver side, which was odd. It got the job done, though. I have a dog, and it was good enough to remove all the dog hair in the backseat. I'd go back to this location for sure. I liked the fact that I could dry my car without feeling rushed. I also saw several employees on-site helping customers and/or cleaning the grounds. I wouldn't have had to search for someone if I had an issue. read more

I love the staff and the car wash but every time I go there are no clean towels in the bins to dry my car. it's always empty!!!!!!!

There always seems to be issues with the vacuums being clogged or falling apart. The wash system is quite aggressive and abrasive. My paint after a year is quite scratched up and I have also had my front bumper ripped off. Owner was slow to respond and basically told me to handle it myself. read more

$8 is the lowest level wash. Still dirty after coming out. You're better off going to a gas station wash. ‍‍‍

My car was still dirty when I left. With paint chips and scratches that were not there before! Even the roof of my car has brush marks left on it! Worst $19 I have ever spent. And when I contacted them for a refund I was treated rudely and talked to with so much disrespect. read more

Classic carwash is the best in Lockport! Whether it's that they have towels, an extra dryer outside of the carwash, automatic carwash, and carwash bays as well. The guys there are very helpful and spray down your car for you, which most washes near me do not do. Most near me also don't provide towels and classic even has a range of little tree for sale there while having fairly cheap washes for the times we are in. They cheapest they have is $8 while most other places start at about $10 and that's usually for a crappy job elsewhere. All around all great things at the classic car wash and the guys there are always willing to help out, just ask! read more

PROS: Clean facility, prompt service, personal attendants to pre-spray the car down, and a good value for the monthly auto payments. The drying towels are the best part. CONS: They do not have a second location near Rt 59 and Theodore or Black Road. (Hint hint) read more

I used to wash my three cars here once a week for about 10 years. Until one day I had a family emergency out of state, which I rented a car for the trip to mayo. It was a tragic situation which left our family forever changed. So while grieving the loss of a family member, I probably smoked 5 packs of cigarettes on my way home. So in order to return my rental, I needed to wipe down the dashboard so I wasn't charged a smoker penalty. So when I came back into town I stopped into Classic to wipe down the dash. I grabbed a towel and started walking to my rental. Some loser came out throwing his hands up saying WTF. I was in no mood to deal with idiots. I asked him "Can I help you?" He said Your ridiculous! Let me tell you what, this guy is a coward. I treated this guy like he never had been treated his entire life. I can tell you that he is for sure abusive to woman. I told him calmly that I am a long time customer, and I meant no harm. He said "ok, let's see your express wash sticker!" I said I don't have one, I don't believe in non-touch less wash. They do nothing but swirl your paint. He tried treating me like a liar. He started getting loud. So I walked up to his face and said ok what are you gonna do about it Bit$h! He said I'm gonna call the cops (most likely cuz they have his back since they wash the squads there), and tell them you are stealing my towels. I threw the towel at the ground and laughed and said these crappy things that leave lint all over my cars. He backed down and went into the building because he knew what time it was. I left because I didn't wanna cause any further incident over his .50 cent towels. Went to the gas station got some free towels wiped down the dash, and returned my rental. While across the street I could see he actually had the cops there. And I could see him shaking from a hundred feet away lol. This guy is a potential lawsuit for anyone that has the time and effort. But you must be female for him to get real tough. read more

DO NOT USE THE AUTOMATIC CAR WASH AS IT CAN SCRATCH THE PAINT ON YOUR VEHICLE. Made the mistake of getting my car washed here using their automatic wash. Now I'm left with multiple scratches in the paint. Have tried to contact the owner to fill out a damage report with no response. read more

Place is terrible. The kid working the entrance didn't ask and just force folded my rear view mirrors. I'm very lucky he didn't break anything. They are very expensive as well. Most places start at $3 for a basic auto wash, not this place they want $7. The auto wash is also very outdated. They brushes and flaps looked like they been there 10+ years. Lastly the drying is awful, when I got home me car was complete wet and when my car dried it looked worse then before. Save your money and go to one of the car washes in Lemont! read more

I love this place! I wash all my vehicles here! I went in there a few weeks ago thinking I had mud on my white car, went through the wash and 3 people were spraying my car down, I'm thinking to myself, wow they are really taking the time to get this mud off. Well I get through the wash, go to dry my car, and I was aghast at what I saw, black spots everywhere. The owner came out and told me you must have gotten wet oil on it, they put me through the wash again and got it off! I will never ever go to another wash! They went above and beyond. The employees forcfully closed my mirrors breaking the lock on the passenger side. Then the manager accuses me of scamming after I tell him the dealership where I just purchased the truck could verify the mirrors. Never go here unless you want your vehicle damaged read more

Went to this carwash for over 8 years , never had a problem until yesterday. I bought a new 2019 car, black, and had their 14.99 all you can wash package. I would even make sure to always tip the guys that spray down the car before it goes into the wash. Last night my car got scratched to absolute death on both sides from the fender all the way down the entire length of the car. This clear as day occured as the result of the carwash. The attendant went and got "the manager" , who is a smug little 21 year old con artist who made up every stupid excuse ive heard in my entire life about how it wasn't the carwash and it had to happen somewhere else. I only wash my car there... And my previous cars over the last 8 years and this is the thanks i get for years of business and probably a thousand dollars in carwashes. No effort to make it right. Pay for a detail or to attempt to have it buffed out. Nope. Just denial with a smirk on his face the entire time. I caught him in his own lies though, because when he first walked up he said "weren't you the guy that came here earlier about this" which I was working and could not have been. Then proceeded to tell me how this carwash has never scratched another car and that $140,000 volvos come to get their car washed there. The owner should fire this little con artist unless he's as shady as the people he hires. Lost my business and I'll be sure to share this with as many people and sources as possible. read more

Honestly I wish there was an option to not give a star for the business. I have to be somewhat far to the establishment. Today being a beautiful day outside, I figured I would go use their FREE vacuums. Being a person who always goes there to get a car wash with three different cars was found unpleasantly surprised. As I am vacuuming the vacuum shuts off. I figured the fuse blew at the vacuum I was at. Alright I tried the one next to me still off. I went to go find someone who worked there. When I was greeted by the owner or a manager he told me too many free loaders come to use the vacuums. Figuring they are free vacuums why wouldn't they. I asked the man if he purposefully shut the vacuums off because I was using them he said "yes you need to get a wash first or be a club member". The whole point of vacuums without the use of tokens is to use them regardless if I recently have gotten a wash or not. read more

The facility is modern and provides TOP NOTCH washing services. From the wash, the excellent dryers, the free vacuums, as well as a bountiful supply of clean dry towels to finish up..... I've waited a long time before I wrote because I was hoping things would change after I complained at car wash. I have been getting my car washed there for years and the last year it's been horrible. I pay for a car wash and dry but all I get is a wash when I pull out my car is dripping wet the dryers are useless all they do is blow the water around. Don't think the dryers are heated because if they were my car would only need a little wipe off, but I have to wipe the whole car front to back. Considering cancelling contract and going to $3.00 car wash in New Lenox don't need to dry off at all. NEED TO TURN ON THE HEAT read more
