Tik Tok Deli & Lounge is the diviest of dive bars, located in a sketchy stretch of 82nd Avenue…read more.. and I love it! My friends and I found ourselves with an hour and a half to spare between breakfast and a movie on Christmas day, so we ducked into this neighborhood lounge to open gifts and get a few hot drinks. The building is gloriously outdated, but seems to be well-maintained. The bench seating in the booths was comfortable, and the tables and surfaces were clean. As we were visiting on a holiday I wasn't expecting exceptional service, but even though one of the waiters was a no-show, the lone employee waiting all of the tables and booths was a trooper! I was really impressed he was able to keep his cool and manage all of his responsibilities with ease. We didn't have to wait too long for our order, and he made sure to check in on us several times during our visit. We happily left a hefty "Merry Christmas" tip for all his hard work. Tik Tok is located on a VERY busy intersection, so be very careful when exiting the parking lot. I've seen lots of accidents on this corner over the years. I can imagine things get squirrelly from time to time in this 24-hour diner located in a rough neighborhood, but at 11 AM on a holiday we had a delightful experience.

The bartender was friendly and quickly took my order for a sandwich to go. Options for cheese, bread, and meat - I chose Swiss, sourdough, and bacon. $6.95 - decent price. The bacon was a little to the done side, but the super crispy pieces made for crunchy texture. Overall, I couldn't ask for more from a place like this. Shoutout to the person who cooks with some solid execution, dare I say love.

Quickly decided we did not want to eat here because I don't want some twack making my food. This is insane! How on one of the busier nights you legit have the worst bartender that definitely shouldn't be bartending and should pay off whatever drugs she's on because it's obvious as hell. This is the exact vibe you would expect from this place especially being off 82nd. Make ur day shift bartenders work night ? Atleast they aren't on drugs

Anyway the food was delish. A simple place for some paté and a lamb goat cheese burger. The burger was cooked to order (medium) and was juicy. Sweet potato fries were fresh cut, crispy, not soggy. Service was excellent as well both servers were on point and worked together very well. The kale salad was also very good and the small portion was more than sufficient. I def will be back :) Cheers

Someone called OLCC I know who it was and I have talked to this person and they said that they did it because they were mad, well, I can understand being mad, but that's not a good reason, Heather has worked hard on this bar. She has been there. She has worked there she has done more than any owner I have ever seen. I have explained to them never to do that again. But unfortunately, I think she thinks it was me and it wasn't, I wouldn't do that, I would love to go to the Halloween party, but that seems to be out of the question. If you like halloween parties , you need to go to this one because it's incredible and you'll have a great time. The food is hit-and-miss.Sometimes it's good.Sometimes it's bad, same with the service. But I can tell you that the bartenders like what they do , and they like that location and they know almost everyone when you walk in , they say your name which is almost like going into cheers. I would say if you want somewhere where you feel comfortable and you want to play video games. That's the place to go. But there are some people that should be kicked out of there, it makes it unpleasant , so I would just stay away from those people , and you'll be fine.

I got there, grabbed a beer, and sat down to wait for a friend who was meeting me. About 1/3 of the way into my beer, some lady rolls up to my table and tells me "this table is needed". I ask why, and she says "it's POOL NIGHT". Ok, what does that have to do with me? I told her, let me finish this beer and I'll move when I get another... within minutes, dozens of people come in all carrying pool sticks, and the place is suddenly PACKED. "Oh", I think. My buddy shows up, and we move to another table as far from the pool area as possible. We're hanging out, chatting, and it keeps getting busier and busier. Eventually, another person comes up to our table and asks us to move because it's "POOL NIGHT". Jesus Christ! Can a normal, non pool playing customer just hang out and have drink here without being harrassed?? We moved again, and after we finished our drinks, we left. A few weeks later we were chatting, and he said "we're never going there again", to which I agreed. This place just isn't for me, since I don't give a crap about pool. They do have large beers here (20 or 32 oz'ers? Definitely bigger than a pint), so that's why I give 'em 2 stars.
