They go above and beyond to provide the most amazing service while making sure you're taken care of before having to ask. I have lived in many proprieties where Mgt neglects their grounds, units, etc - however, Crystal, the office team, and maintenance team all jump in to help as needed. She had our home not only sold in 2 days, but we got 5 offers because she knows how to properly market a home! Every detail was managed and overseen by her. I count myself not easy to work with (I stress a lot and ask a lot of questions), but Jennifer was so patient and understanding. None of this came as a surprise to me as I had met her while helping a very pregnant friend of mine pack while her husband had just been put in the hospital for an illness. Jennifer was there on the front lines as their realtor packing and helping take out trash just before closing. In the purchase of my new home Jennifer didn't just show me homes that we're in the top of my price range, she focused on what my family needed and even pinpointed it down so well that we ended up buying the first one she showed us. We will definitely use Jennifer again whenever the need arises and I wholeheartedly recommend her as your realtor.
