He checked it right away, after 10 or 15 minutes he told me that he couldn't believe I have 293,000 miles on my 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan. I can't believe it either. With that, he told me it's not worth fixing and it's time to let the van go. He told be the codes confirmed the shift solenoid, but it's not worth it. The fluid looks good and clean, as it should. They called while working on it and informed me of issues that they found while taking it apart unrelated to my transmission and gave me the option to put replacement parts on while they had it apart. I could not be happier with the work done. I had two other places try to pull the bait and switch with pricing before I went there. It was refreshing to see that they did what they said they would do for the price they quoted and on time.

I requested for my car to be moved to another place but unfortunately it was too late so I am being forced to wait for this company to fix my car. My car sat for 2 weeks before they even looked at my car for an estimate. I would NOT recommend this place to ANYONE! It's tons of car just sitting in the lot waiting to be serviced.
