It is annoying (coupled with the heat of the shop) when you're trying to concentrate and communicate with others, especially if you dislike the music!

They have a huge range of shoes and boots of all different styles. Whether you're looking for a pair of killer heels or a comfy pair of trainers you will find something here. The staff are very friendly and helpful and as soon as you look around for someone to help you, a bubbly assistant will appear. They are more than happy to go and find your size in as many different styles as you like, rushing back and forth if things need to be changed. They stay close by whilst you are trying things on and will chat to you quite happily. They also have a good selection of bags and purses behind the counter. If your size is not in stock they will try and locate one in another of their stores for you, or they will order one specially which will arrive in a couple of days. I have had to return a faulty item once and the staff were polite and apologetic and arranged a replacement for me. As far as prices go, there is a big range here. You can get a cheap basic item, or spend as much as you like on something a bit special. They often have sales and special offers on so you can pick up a bargain.

Each collaboration is limited to 300 pairs of trainers worldwide and 500 tracksuit tops - making them something of a collectors item and must for fanatics. Incase you missed them, there were queues around the block for the Adidas Manchester (blue with orange stripes), Adidas London (red with black stripes and gold lettering) and Nike Air Lunar Mariah (multi-coloured and limited to just 240 pairs). Ask nicely next time you drop in however, and the friendly staff might let you know what dates the forthcoming Adidas Originals Dublin and Nike Lightweight Runners are set to hit the shelves. I have found that Clarks have recently become more fashion conscious and the store has lots of shoes on display particularly in the doorway with the current on trend heel for the season. I have always taken my children to Clarks to be fitted for their shoes, and the staff here are patient, knowledgable and very good with children. An excellent shoe shop with a great reputation.

That seems to still hold true today because I now take my kids back there for shoes. I like the fact that they do all round measurements of your foot to ensure you get the right size and width fitting. The half sizing is also really good, especially when most shoe shops only do full size steps and one is too small and the other too big for your child. Price wise? Well you do pay slightly more, but you are getting a very good quality product in return.

Located on Church Street, it is basically right bang in the heart of the One and the centre of Liverpool so the location here is really good, the store is quite large and is in an old building so is nowhere near as modern on the outside, or even the inside as other Primark stores I have visited including stores in Gateshead, Cardiff, Newcastle and Amsterdam, most of which I have visited in the past and awarded a three-star rating to. A lack of renovation could let the store down more than ever now, following H&M locating into the old BHS unit, with a more modern store as the retailer is similar to Primark so action is needed soon. This branch of Primark in a way reminds me of Southport's store, inside it isn't too impressive or modern - which is a shame and it contradicts what you would expect considering Liverpool is a big city, the second biggest in north-west England. I didn't like this store, not just because of the poor overall feel but it just was really untidy, I lost count of clothes on the floor before even getting to the men's section (the ladies section os on the ground floor), and by the looks of things, it looked like it had been that way for a while and staff were unbothered by it, and not doing anything to change it, making it an unsatisfactory and unpleasant place to shop overall. An untidy, uninspiring store which even lets Primark down, if you compare this to other branches of Primark including those in Gateshead and Amsterdam, which I did like, it looks like a completely different store, mainly down to the overall feel, staff and cleanliness of a store, this isn't a store I can reccomend or justify anything over a one-star rating for on this occasion.

It is a rather small store, especially the lower level but they still did have some nice products including some very nice socks I have previously only found at Amazon (Even larger Hugo Boss stores don't stock these ones!) The staff seemed really friendly, as there is no lift they seemed rather happy to help me find a specific product although as the sale is nearing the end right now, I was told the store is running low on products and that appears to be the case. Unfortunately it is none of these, which is a pity. The store is nowhere near as big as some of the adjoining fashion stores and it has been poorly organised making it very difficult to find anything. The items are squashed together and in some areas the poor lighting makes it difficult to see items clearly. The sections are not clearly marked and it can be difficult to find certain items such as jeans or coats without wandering round the shop until you come across them by chance. It can be difficult to find the size you want as even though this is the only shop in the city centre they do not seem to have a good stock of all the different sizes of each item available. Sometimes there will only be a couple of sizes on the rails and no more stock elsewhere when you ask. The staff, although there are many of them, are not very helpful. They will point you to a part of the shop you can find an item but will not take you there unless you ask specifically. When you ask if another size is in stock than what is on the rails they will either say no without bothering to ask, or disappear in the back for a moment and then tell you it is not in the back, even they clearly have not had enough time to check thoroughly. When browsing round the store no one will ever ask you if you need any help. It is a shame that this shop is so poor as if more of an effort was made this could be an excellent place but instead it is a mediocre shop and i prefer to shop on the website instead.

They also so alot of bargains such as 2 vest tops for 10.00 .bargain the only thing i found annoying is everytime i go they start asking if i want loyallty cards and am not to keep on this,After saying no they usually back off tho.
