I had been attempting to scale the trees myself and realized it was an impossible task. My neighbor Maurine recommended Alex Christiansen to me who owns ATC Tree Services. He came out and gave me a free consultation and then about a month later scheduled me for a couple days to take out 4 trees. The lift they used was narrow enough to get thru my driveway and to the back of the house. Alex mostly does the logistics but jumps in here and there to help out this two person crew. My only complaint was that maybe I wasn't clear enough that I wanted the off my lawn which I had to deal with myself. I also couldn't have paid for another day. But for 3K it was a great deal considering the massiveness of these trees.

He constantly threatened me with legal action when I was only trying to get detailed information in order for my insurance to pay. They paid him about 60% of his bill and he's refusing to provide me with any more information in order to get him paid. Just repeated threats! Very unprofessional!! Price gouging at the core!
