Customer service was absolutely terrible. Below is more details on my experience. If I could give 0 stars I would. Once I had the gas log set picked out, I had a tough time getting their team to contact me back by e-mail and phone. They were very unresponsive. I finally placed an order for my log set, and had to keep on them for tracking the gas log sets to setup install. From my conversation with them it seemed they did not want to do the gas line install and told me to contact the propane company to do the install. I contacted several propane companies, and they told me they absolutely do not do this, it is the responsibility of the installer. I had to reach back out to get a new quote, which took several calls and emails. Finally after 2 weeks parts were ordered, and payment was sent. Then after not hearing from them for 2 weeks I called back to see status of my logs and install. Lucky that I called, because parts were in their warehouse, but they failed to make contact and schedule an install appointment. This timing was important because I also needed to coordinate myself with the propane installer as to when they need to come hook up my propane. Now this has been ongoing for 3-4 weeks, and they say they will be onsite in early January. 8 weeks after I was in their store and they told me it would take 2-3 weeks to get everything ordered and installed. Finally, the install date has come, and I have taken off work to be there. They were scheduled to arrive first thing in the morning. They did not show, and I could not contact them till 9am at which I found out they double booked me and went to a different jobsite. So then I had to contact the propance company last minute to setup a new schedule due to fireplace concepts mistake. They showed up to my house around noon to do the job. During the install they damaged my internet line coming into the house, leaving me to call and schedule metronet to come out and fix it the next afternoon. Once they completed the job, the installer left my house with very little training and walkthrough on how to use the set. Big thanks to Southern States propane because they stayed behind and walked through the setup and safety features several times with me. I was also left with cleaning up several cigarette butts on my property, and they were even standing right next to my trash cans.

I am so disappointed in how I was treated at this store. My family has bought paint from them for…read moreyears. So, naturally when I needed paint for my whole house being built- I took my blueprints and headed to the store. I made sure to let them know that I needed help calculating what I needed. Jim and I spent two hours with the blueprints and I had him check the amounts twice because it sounded like a lot to me. He assured me it was correct. He sold me 5 gallons of primer and 21 gallons of paint for a 1300 square foot home. We ran out of primer halfway through and had to drive an hour back to get more. We have almost 8 whole gallons of paint leftover. We called twice asking if we could return some paint for store credit. He basically told my husband that I was a liar and didn't show him the blueprints and that I told him that I didn't plan to prime the whole space. I am meticulous about my decisions. I explained fully well my plans and trusted that an older gentleman could help me calculate seeing as he'd worked there for a while. We are out about $400 in paint we can now trash and absolutely do not appreciate this man trying to take advantage of a woman just to get more money and sell more paint. So very disappointed that a business would be ran this way.

I ended up walking out with the cabinets the same day. They also gave me a 3d printout of my cabinets so I could see what they looked like. I've been to stores that carry expensive custom cabinets. I've been to stores that carry cheap particle board cabinets. This is neither. They have good quality cabinets at a price that was reasonable. I was very happy with LEC and will use them in the future.

This head honcho said that their head employee would be there by 9 or 10 am. That day I got a call at 9:45 am and honcho said head employee was previously scheduled and he couldn't reschedule my but honcho said head employee would be there the next day with a crew. You guessed it, No show, No call. I left message a few times and after a month honcho responde to a text stating life happens (sickness, stuff like that). I figured since he responded to my text he would call me the next business day that he said he would be in the office, but nope. Till this day no one has texted me nor called me and my projects wait because no one wants to make good on their word or work. No they are not the first company to do a no show, in fact there has been at least five but they are the only ones that broke their word multiple times. Past companies just ignore my messages.
