Communication with them is ridiculous and everyone there seems bothered by your phone call, potentially rude even. I called them about the $1000+ bill they left after we ran out and asked for some help with the bill. I understand that I could/should've checked the tank level but they're supposed to do courtesy checks. Wasn't asking for free but a little break since it was 50/50 fault but was still expected to pay full price.
