The office staff gets a two star review. Rude to say the least. I am disappointed in the fact that I have a commercial account and was told that my payment was set up to be billed on a monthly basis. I had called our rep and stated that I didn't notice a bill the month prior and he assured me that he spoke with an office personnel whom related that my account was set up for monthly payments on the business card I had provided. Three months go by and only 1 bill. I call the rep and he was promoted. I was provided an email to a new rep and the follow up has not been good. I call Clark and spend 20 minutes waiting to speak to somebody in billing and they say, your not the only account with this issue. Clark...big business. Poor service. I was able to handle this manually on my own in about 5 minutes today. I don't micromanage the field service providers but it makes me wonder... read more

Ever since I was a toddler I have been fascinated by all things living.My mom used to tell me stories of me, soon as I could walk,playing outside, eating dirt, digging for worms, things like that. She would say I would play in the backyard by myself and I would find things, bugs, and the ones that weren't doing so well I would put in my hand and I would take them inside,a honeybee or bumblebee in hand,crying,I would say mama,kiss it !! and she described I'd try to hand off an angry/stunned/ dying bee,just when said Bee was starting to get mad or wake up.Her eyes got really big when she would tell the story ,she loved telling people this story,mom hated bugs.Spiders made her freak out and scream.Snails in her garden got salted.Ive always been fascinated by nature.I love animals, I love insects. Even to this day I treat things the way I wanna be treated.I will take black widows and I will put them far far far away from the house somewhere.I believe in live and let live.There are 4 things I have no tolerance for. Mosquitoes fleas ticks & German cockroaches. The folks who work for Clark pest control in Yuba City are a cut above the rest.There is something extremely special about the staff at Clark on Garden Highway in Yuba City.The situation at the house where I rent a room from is a contentious one.Lots of disharmony.From the tech Mike who first arrived here to assess, the supervisor Kevin who came outside joined me in front of my car and patiently spent a good 15 or 20 minutes speaking w me explaining things so patiently, the woman inside the office Leslie, I believe I've spoken to her twice, boy do I not envy these people For the complicatedness that this particular job may be to them but nobody I have encountered has dropped the ball. Affording us the highest level of professionalism, decency , kindness , understanding, customer service. Brad who is treating the home.I don't even sing the praises because the situation at the house is being successfully handled and fixed where the pests are getting eradicated and everything is going back to normal. German roaches are a tricky thing I am so proud to say I pressed we get help.Clark was called in, got on top of it all in time. But even if they weren't so successful in killing these nasty dangerous roaches, I would wish that the public and that Clark corporate know that you got yourself a special group of people that work for your branch in Yuba City. I would personally love for the manager Mr. Robert Biando to know That I have a natural aversion for pest control, meaning I'm hyper sensitive and I don't mind bugs as long as they're not crawling on me or in my home or on my animals LOL so I work extra hard inside the homes I live in and outside of the gardens I keep so that everything can live in harmony. So Clark isn't one of my normal automatic responses or go-to's when it comes to pests. I am one of those put down a humane trap and release cage when it would come to like mice or rats or something do you know what I mean? However, after my experience, which is still ongoing by the way, after my experience with several employees of Clark pest Control Garden Highway, Yuba City, I now want everyone to know how wonderful these people are. And I plan on consulting them in the future if ever the need to arises. Because I know not only do they provide a service but you guys work with individuals or with homes on an individual basis. I only say that for how patient and decent and incredibly helpful all the staff has been towards me in the situation in this house, and I know it's not a normal one. So when you call upon these people to come to your home it's not just going to be a Wham! Bam thank you ma'am,unless you let them do that which is fine there's no problem with that. One day I got the pleasure of meeting Dario Vega. He was so polite and took customer service to the next level. Not only did he spray our house, he sprayed the perimeter of our yard, and cleaned all the cob webs off the whole outside of my house. We scheduled an appointment to have our house checked for termites. The technician called us on his way to the appointment, and was even early!! When he arrived, he explained everything about termites, how they function and how they come to be in people's homes. He showed me pictures and examples of the types of things he would be looking for. Meticulously explained the process, and afterwards, his findings. He was professional and extremely friendly. During an inspection prior to us putting our house up for sale, they discovered damage from dry rot and quickly and efficiently began the repair process. Due to unforeseen circumstances, however, the work became stalled. At that time, the Branch Manager, Rob Biando, decided to roll up his sleeves and pitch in. THANK GOD for Ryan Cooper in the Yuba City office of Clark Pest Control. He performed a Pest Inspection for us a few days ago as we were buying a house in Yuba City. Ryan did a complete, thorough and and honest inspection and sent us the report right away. We learned the house was sooooo infested with Termites that it actually needed to be tented. He also found a few plumbing leaks under the house which were creating puddles of water down there. Most importantly, he found that plumbing problems under the house were leaking into the electrical system. Water was running right into the home's electrical wires. A definite dangerous condition, which we then learned from our Electrical Inspection would have cost thousands & thousands of dollars to repair. In addition to the Termite infestation, he located every area of wood rot, dry rot, fungal rot ..... and found wood rot visible in the right under the brand new roof. In his report, he also included price quotes to tent, exterminate and repair all the wood damage. Ryan saved us from buying a shit-shack!! Without Ryan, we would have paid over a quarter million dollars on a total money pit. Thank you Clark Pest Control !! We will ONLY use Clark Pest Control in the future. read more

I have had a Springtail infestation in my kitchen...not sure where they came from..but they settled in the only indoor plant I had in my kitchen window... That started mid April 2020...I did not realize at first what the problem was..but then I had millions of those little pesty things everywhere..outside and inside where the plant once resided. I called Clark Pest Control on a Saturday and they came right out and sprayed.. after a couple of days they critters got worse...I called Clark again and they were right out...They have been out several times...in the past several weeks...and I think we got things under control at last...They were as persistant and I was and I really want to thank them for going the extra mile..They had gotten under and behind my siding...so they started fogging inside and outside..which seems to have almost stopped them...I still have a few and I keep after them.. Clark has been here every time I call ...they have really worked with me. Wow. I'm honestly surprised service like this still exists. I had a reoccurring black widow/spider problem that I needed fixed once and for all. After reading the reviews on Yelp I decided to make the call. I was hesitant about how knowledgeable the service tech was going to be and wasn't sure if they would service my area since we're out of city limits, but to my surprise, they booked me a same day appointment. I found James, our service tech to be very knowledgeable, and educated about the spider problem. He recommended we spray the house and while he was here set up traps for the mouse problems we had been having. Although I had the house sprayed for spiders, James has come back several times, to address ant/mouse problems at no additional charge. A few weeks later he stopped by to check in after visiting our neighbors house to see how everything was going. This is a definitely a company that you can rely on to get the job done and rest in knowing that you have support moving forward. I would definitely recommend giving them a try. read more

If you have rats they are the worst place to go to I had a rat problem they sent this technician out named dan. Dan says yep you definitely have rats so he sets 3 rats in my attic at arms length he didn't even crawl into my attic. That's fine no big deal came back 4 days later didn't catch anything so says I must be hearing something haha then I didn't see them for 3 months but still got billed so I asked why and they said they have been doing there normal spray every month. Well I had rats not bugs so they sent a couple more people out to set more traps then didn't show up again for a couple months but charged me still so I had to go up and pull dead rats out of my attic because nobody had came by to check them they would spray around my house and leave so after like 5 techs coming out and me pulling my own dead rats out i finally closed my account the only reason they are getting 2 stars and not any is because there was one awesome technician named James that would always try to make it a point to call me and see if I was home and what not james is an awesome technician other than that they just wanna spray some stuff around ur house then leave if I had bugs that would be awesome but I had rats and it was a huge head ache read more

We used then for a home inspection before we bought 2 young men came out after the inspection we were told that the house was in great shape it had some dry rot but no termites and was "DRY AS THE MOON" it was. A waste of money I will never use or recommend them we are now on 18 days of termite repair and draining the lake under the house I don't think anyone even crawled under the house read more

If I ever have an issue, he's happy to fix it. $86 every other month is so worth not having spiders and bugs all over the outside of my house.
