I brought photos and model information, so that we could do a replacement without major kitchen cabinet modifications. Our salesman was Greg .. and he definitely did not try to hard sell us the more upscale Monogram units, although I did decide that this would be a good choice for us. We then scheduled a visit by their in-house installer, Shane. Shane did detailed measurements, and was able to confirm what would work for our kitchen. We placed our order, and his labor rate for the needed modifications was very fair. When the microwave reached the store, we set up our installation appointment, and the entire experience was perfect. Shane did a great job making the needed cuts, resulting in a perfect fit. The new unit looks great in our kitchen, and like our other monogram appliances, it is a great product.
