Called multiple times and it was something each time. Then I call 3 weeks after the initial order and they say yes it's in...and no one calls me to tell me after all this until I call you??! So it's almost July and I haven't opened our pool all bc of this piece and waiting, while it sits there and no one calls to tell me. I could've drove or just figured out how to order it myself for that service.

On the day of the appointment, I spent most of the day trying to reach them and received no response. When I finally got ahold of Don, he told me the appointment had to be pushed to the next day because it was raining. The problem is that I had another contractor working outside at the same time on a different location a mile out, and the weather was perfectly fine and sunny. When I questioned this explanation, Don later stated that they were actually booked solid for the day, contradicting what he had just told me. It felt like I was being given excuses rather than an honest explanation. What made the experience even worse was that Don allegedly threatened to come to my hometown during our conversation, which I found extremely inappropriate and unprofessional. I understand that schedules can change, but customers deserve honesty, communication, and respect. This experience was disappointing and left me questioning the reliability of this company. They mow, weed eat, edge, trim, and blow the grass off drive way, sidewalks and decks. Matt and his team are fantastic at being responsive, sending out notices when it has rained to reschedule and they are always on point.
