Tom is a good, honest, hard-working man and is very interested in providing good service for his customers. He often bends flexibly - in the favor of the customer - when it comes to how many hours of labor to charge if he ends up having to spend a lot of time on one single project. He is the absolute polar opposite of nickle-and-diming someone... if that were a verb, or a polar end.
