This is a family owned business that takes great pride in what they offer. From concept into design and our finished space it was so easy with their process. We met several times to plan what we wanted. The team of employees were great to work with given we needed a lot of help with design. We were than sent to various vendors who they work with. Working off our agreed upon budget each had a price range for us. You can stay within that or go above, it's your budget. Than we had a kickoff meeting where we were introduced to our head carpenter Phil. Work began and the amount of care for our home, lifestyle and the craftsmanship was evident from day one. We are now using our completed bathroom and every day we are so excited. The attention to detail and building exactly what we wanted was unmatched. I hope I don't miss anyone but a huge shoutout to Larry and Mitch the owners. Martha, Austin and the rest of the office staff. Phil and all the employees who created our dream bathroom. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has a home project to be done. Thank you doesn't seem like enough to this company. Well done

If you are looking for a team that combines masterful craftsmanship with unparalleled professionalism, look no further. Right from the beginning, they shattered every negative contractor stereotype. There were no vague timelines or "see you whenever" attitudes; instead, they were incredibly reliable, meticulous, and respectful of our home. They kept the workspace spotless and were a genuine pleasure to have around. What sets Vince apart is his dedication to getting every detail perfect. He was proactive in asking questions to ensure his work aligned exactly with our vision, and the results speak for themselves, he got everything 100% right. Beyond the quality of the work, their pricing was an incredible value; it is rare to find such high-caliber results at such a fair and competitive rate. His commitment is second to none; he never left a task unfinished and was always ready to swing by at a moment's notice to address any tweaks we requested (even when those "fixes" were due to our own changes of heart, not his work!). The transformation is stunning. We are head-over-heels in LOVE with our new bathrooms, it honestly feels like we are living in a high-end spa every single day. In fact, we were actually a little sad when the project ended because we truly missed seeing our new friends daily. We cannot recommend Vincent Mulvehill Remodeling highly enough. Agora General Construction owned by Sam Streitwieser is without a doubt the best, well-run company…read moreI have ever come across! My daughter, who lives in California, owns the condo that I live in here in Philly. The first smart thing my daughter was impressed with was the fact that he, unlike other male contractors of any kind, listened to what she wanted done. When he came to do the estimate, he also asked me and listened to my thoughts. This has always been a problem with contractors before--dealing with two women on opposite coasts. Sam easily merged the two visions into one. Once the work began Eduardo, Jean, Igor and Marlon were amazing. Everything, including the living room rug was covered with heavy, protective paper. Then the bathroom where the work was to be done had a plastic, zippered door cover placed to keep dust from drilling in the bathroom. Inside everything, including the washer/dryer were covered. But the piece de resistance is that at the end of every single day everything was wiped down and swept up, including the heavy paper covering the floor and everything in the bathroom had no dust when they left! They also removed all the trash daily. I have never seen a construction site so clean, and I have built a large house from the ground up with my husband plus built with Habitat for Humanity for 3 years. It was very close to looking as if nothing was going on here. At night I could use the bathroom to brush my teeth, etc. and walk through my tiny condo easily. The crew was here 4 days total instead of the 5 estimated and when they walked out the door, you could not tell they had ever been here, except for the beautiful and excellent work they did in my bath. Want a contractor who knows how to listen to what you want, rather than telling you what's best? Want a crew who are also kind and who listen? Want a remodel job done beautifully and on time? Hire Agora General Construction, https://www.agoraconstructions.com/about-3, 215-360-4015 Thanks, Sam, Marlon, Jean, Igor and Edwardo! Awesome job.
