After Brad came to measure my fire place for the install of a wood insert he came back quickly with his quote that included the two options we discussed. Today he and Justin came to install my new wood insert. I was needlessly concerned about my wood floors getting scratched and my porch steps getting marred. But before they started, they laid down canvas cloth on my floor and took great care to bring the stove up the porch steps without issue. After attaching the cover plate to the stove, Brad saw there was a large gap at the top. My walls in this old house are not plumb. He worked fastidiously to find a solution and I now have a new insert that sits flush, from top to bottom, against the wall. Keep up the great work Brad! read more

A friend at work recommended Clark Chimney Services. I was having trouble with my pellet stove not putting out the same amount of great it used to. I'd had another service come take a look, but got no results. Brad Clark, the owner, came to my house and thoroughly cleaned my pellet stove. He explained that an area in the back of the stove that is often missed was blocked. After he was done, the stove worked like new again. Brad answered all my questions and even told me things I never new. Everything was so spotless when he was done. Not a single cinder was on my light-colored carpet. Brad was polite, friendly, efficient and really knows his stuff. Sometimes it takes him a day or more to answer my email, but he always does and it is always worth the wait!
