Trevor confirmed the belt was broken and stated he could replace it. However, having two bays with openers that were almost 20 years old, I asked about replacing the openers. He said he could do the job immediately. Once he finished, Trevor walked me through the set up process and how to use the equipment. I am so happy that he was the technician on duty - he also lubricated the door hinges so the doors are extremely quiet when opening/closing. She was very patient with my seemingly innocuous questions and the most important factor was. They said they could do it today while I waited. When I arrive, we discussed what I wanted done, she and her husband were both very friendly, helpful, and patient. They immediately pulled my car in while they were finishing up another vehicle. They were bouncing back-and-forth like a well oiled machine between my vehicle and the one they were finishing up the previous vehicle. They mentioned they had been doing tint for over 40 years, it shows in their speed and quality of work. They were less expensive, was able to get me in the same day that I made initial contact, and did better work then everyone else in the area, including where I had been going for years.
