The absolute worst. I was screamed at and berated by Carol, the employee who does scheduling on the phone. She woke me up screaming that I should have been at the appointment today (which I was never informed of or never agreed to) because she had just left the message today, before I even got out of bed. Last week she sent me out on Thanksgiving Eve for an appointment, and after sitting in traffic for hours, called to tell me the locksmith will be a no show. She is rude, incompetent, and verbally abusive. My wife had to jump on the phone to tell her she is not allowed to talk to my husband like that, in which she screamed even louder 'DON'T YOU JUMP IN THE MIDDLE OF THIS" ~ Like it was a street fight or something. The woman is a rabid beast. She has no right assaulting paying customers, and I hope the owner of this business fires her, she is a threat to the public. I'll never use this company again, I already found a new company, locksmith's are a dime a dozen, you're not special Clark and Sons, and you should learn that whoever is paying the money is the one being served and should be treated with respect.
