Kendra, Hannah, Leah, Dr Nigalye.. etc. The office is beautiful and clean. Modern and homey. Bathroom is clean and comfortable as well. A menu with choice of Refreshments are even available. The exam chairs were shaped/designed to support your back when lying down. I thought about bringing a pillow for under the knee support for day of surgery but of course I forgot.... good thing I didn't have to. As soon as I saw the chair and sat back in it, I was relieved knowing I wouldn't wake up with my mouth AND back in pain. After surgery, I was sent home with a care package that included: ice cream, a wrap around the head ice pack (life saver and is typically $15 on amazon), chapstick, electrolyte water packets, hand lotion, tea, oatmeal, applesauce, syringes of aftercare gel, several papers with instructions to get you through recovery and I think a few more items Im probably forgetting. My friends & family all said they have never received a care package from where they went for the same procedure.... i was also safely walked all the way out to my husbands truck by a staff member. This office truly goes above and beyond. 2 days after my surgery, the office called to check on me and I thought that was very nice, too. Overall, I cant say enough good about my experience here. I am so happy my dentist recommended this place to me and I will be sure to recommend it to others.

Next, I could not get an appointment without paying a deposit. This was a simple consult! I would have been happy to pay for a consult and any related X-rays at the time of the appointment, but they don't even want to see you without your money in their pocket first. He really listened and cared about what we needed and he has still been there for us whenever we call with questions or concerns which is great because it's never fun to call the insurance company themselves. From the first call, I was treated like a person in serious pain who was anxious to get it resolved. The person I spoke to got me in quickly where other practices I called couldn't see me for days. I can appreciate that people are busy but I felt like the receptionist at Apex was really making an effort to get me in fast. Dr. Weber did a great job explaining the problem, talking about what they would do fix it, and what sort of complications could come up. I felt confident I had made the right decision. Dr. Czaperacker did the procedure and she is just outstanding. She has a great chair-side manner, very kind, very patient, and fully attentive to you. I hope I never have to see them again but if I do I would gladly go back.

Staff is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. My root canal took about 45 minutes and I was at ease the entire time. There were no issues afterward, and they even checked up on me 2 days later to make sure everything was still OK. Highly recommend for anyone requiring this procedure.
