I had to call the property four times - God bless Courtney's soul for being so kind and patient with me - to ask the receptionist (Courtney) to ask Kenny to please reply. This owner is disrespectful and completely indifferent to customers. He tells the employees to transfer any requests to him, and he simply ghosts the customer.

The king size bed was very comfortable! The staff was nice and helpful... Pro tip, pull on the shower faucet to turn it on, twisting it just adjusts the temperature! The breakfast was hot coffee, ceral, milk, yogurt, muffin, pastry, oatmeal which was perfect for a quick grab and go. I can finish watching church and charge my phones get ready for work 2mrrw. Now I understand cutting corners sometimes but it look like they cut the corner, went up 2 blocks & made a left. This room clearly was not thoroughly clean. I would think the basics in housekeeping would at least be dust the tv, desk, drawer, phone & light fixtures. FIX IT BIG BROTHER JESUS. Walking in, it was really nice. Nicely remodeled, clean, greeted as soon as I walked in the door, etc. I wish I had gotten the associates name because she was very friendly as well and gave me water + a snack. Entering my room... my key thing was broken so getting into the room was a struggle. Compared to other Hampton Inn's I have stayed in, this one was just "ok." I expected more. It looks like a mix between remodeled but keeping the old things and old look in there as well. I can't say I was pleased. This is just decor though. The room was pretty clean... I've just been in cleaner rooms and better rooms and nicer rooms. After laying down on the sheets... a gnat began flying around and from that moment, I decided I'm not coming back to stay here. The beds are not comfortable either! I was disappointed in that as well. I'm writing this before going to bed and honestly can't wait to wake up in the morning and leave. If someone is just passing through, this hotel might be ok. I just expected more. The decor and fixtures need to be cleaned and updated.

Rooms fairly clean, though the industrial cleaner they use is kinda slimy and sticky. Daily housekeeping if you request it. Rooms fairly comfortable, though many of the electrical outlets are suspect and one actually blew up and sparked on me. Price a little steep, but I guess they can charge what they want due to limited options. Staff is pretty nice. But it still smells funky. I think it's the fabuloso cleaner, which is NOT fabulous.

They love advertising free WiFi but don't actually offer it. When we arrived, I watched a couple stand at the lobby desk waiting for the front desk employee and after about 17 minutes of unloading the cart and returning it, the employee still had not returned to the desk. As first impressions, this motel is terribly lacking. Carpet in the hallways were old and stained looking. Like I said, I would not recommend or plan on staying here ever again.

A free bright parking lot, breakfast with healthy options and also comfort foods, fitness room with a treadmill and a bicycle were provided. It's pungent. The fitness "center" has a treadmill and a spinner that doesn't work. That's it. The word "center" is more spin than the machine. The pool is not heated. Don't assume. Paint was peeling off our bathroom walls BUT the room was clean and neat and the help was...well...as helpful as they could be considering the machinery they had to work with. I recommend a stay here if you remember that you get what you pay for. And if you want and can afford comfort, stay at AmericInn instead.

I was promptly informed that company policy was no refund 10 minutes after check in! It took 2 hours to find a suitable room! It is a CHEAP motel in every sense of the word!
