From their concierge to the fitness center, my husband and I love everything. I love the beautifully crafted wooden cabinets and the magnificent kitchen island. My husband and I cook together and it's so amazing to make delicious food in a gourmet kitchen! The lighting is just perfect around the house and we love love love the spacious patio! We love it all! We follow their facebook page for regular updates and particularly enjoy their posts. Recently, they had a table set up for dog parents to collect some treats for their furries and I thought it was a great idea! Their New year goodies and champagne setup was very cute! Their monthly newsletters are very informative and I love the swimming pool area. The maintenance is top-notch and very prompt. The management always reaches out after a maintenance call to check if everything was according to expectations. The community outdoors is maintained beautifully. The shrubs, trees, grass and pavements are all maintained quite well. We love walking around the community with our little puppy and she loves it too! One feature that's very noteworthy and probably never seen in any other apartment community is the presence of only one large trash compactor as compared to multiple overflowing trash cans. I love this because I don't like smelling trash while walking around. There's a wonderful trail all around the community and it's a great run or a walk when you want to experience the outdoors when not in the mood for hitting the gym especially during the pandemic. This is an amazing destination to call home and will be for a considerable amount of time. When it comes to quality, Price Brothers Management does not hold back and we are very happy residents of the Prairie Creek Apartments in the beautiful city of Lenexa.

My wife and I have absolutely loved our time here. Pros: 1. Units are the most thoughtful and functional we have ever been in. They are not the highest end finishes, but that was not as important to us as kitchen size, floor plan, storage space, etc which they nailed. There is more cabinet space and storage space in our Savanna unit than all of our previous apartments combined. Plus, the prices feel extremely reasonable for everything you get 2. Community feeling is great. The apartments feel more like a neighborhood than apartments. We are always seeing people and chatting with people while walking our dog. The staff is the most welcoming we have ever experienced, and they truly care about the property and their tenants. 3. Maintenance - Our maintenance requests have always been handled quickly and the maintenance crew is very friendly and knowledgeable. 4. Amenities - The gym is the nicest apartment gym we have been in, and has plenty of equipment and space and is well taken care of. The pool area and lounge areas are also great and we used them multiple times this past summer. They also have a free power washer and vacuum for your car which we have never seen before and love. Con 1. There is only one con I have, but I know it is being worked on as we speak. They did not have an ability to do an application or sign documents online, so we had to be present to sign and my wife had to have hers notarized as we were moving from out of state. I am giving them a lower rating because I called the office a dozen times over several months about the noise from the people above me. Either they didn't say anything to them or the people above just didn't care. I was woken up at 1am or 2am several times. The office did not enforce that rule. I even had the police go talk to them. Good luck to whoever moves into apartment 3206. The people upstairs have no common courtesy.

She was friendly and knowledgeable about the complex. She allowed us to take our time and answered a million questions. We loved the complex and the unit was amazing, high ceilings, 8 foot interior doors, large kitchen with tone of cabinets, large island, big porch, and I would say this qualifies as luxury living. It doesn't feel like a boxy apartment, more like a home. We signed a 14 month lease and are very excited to get moved in and become part of this community. Great Location and convenient to everything. 30 minutes from Kansas University, Arrowhead, KC River market, and anywhere in downtown KC. 15 minutes from Legends mall, Kansas motor speedway, Mercy children's park soccer, and minor league baseball. We have looked at over 20 different complexes in the general area and nothing compares to Villas at Ridgeview Falls.

If I had to provide any downside it would be the lack of a few amenities such as a workout room/gym that many other apartments can offer. I also thought the covered parking/garage options were a bit pricey, and they are not available by all buildings. Depending on what building you are in, the main trash compactor/dumpster can also be pretty far away where you may have to carry trash over via car. These items didn't detract too much to the experience though. Overall 4.8/5.0 stars!

Our apartment is perfect for our needs. We were able to do a walk through twice to confirm some measurements. Our leasing agent was knowledgeable and very friendly. So far no complaints at all!
