The tea kits arrived packaged BEAUTIFULLY and securely, and were clearly of high quality. I was further impressed with the how Adam lead the tea tasting event over video call -- he was incredibly thoughtful and knowledgeable! He personalized everyone's individual tea tasting according to what teas they had selected, which greatly impressed us. He walked us through the history and background of the teas we were sampling, and at the end of the session he gave lots of practical advice on how to continue storing our teas for future use. As I age, and my janked up knee worsens, and the City puts up barriers for people with mobility issues, I can't always get to my preferred thinking spots in the City's lovely parks. This is a very good substitute with easy parking. We had our wedding reception in Golden Gate Park when we were young and broke. If you have money you could have it here as they rent it out for just such occasions. It would be a lovely venue.

She gave me her number and was so responsive whenever I had questions. When we went back, Tony was just as helpful in guiding us toward the right fountain. He took the time to turn different ones on for us so we could really picture them in our space, and he also showed us the color options, which made it much easier to decide. I said I needed some keys copied and was told the different options to choose from. I went with standard gold (but looking at their different varieties, I just might come back next time for a fancy printed one). The workers were super friendly and I definitely felt welcomed. You honestly can't beat the price they charge too & they work quick! As my keys were being made, I was able to pet and play with their "2nd best worker," Jackson. He was the sweetest doggo (as of today, he's 15 months), i wish i was able to stay and play with him more. As I was paying to leave, Jackson put his head on my foot. Would recommend this hardware store if you are looking for any merchandise for fixing up your house. I've been here once before long ago when I was needing to fix holes in my walls from horrible drilling & left with what I needed. They help throughout the store, but that they are willing to think through a problem like matching a nut to bolt - a sale under 50 cents - gives an idea of how dedicated they are to helping out. My main reasons for buying there? 1. You cannot consistently match the service at the big box stores. 2. This is a small business with hard worker owner and staff in a real neighborhood service oriented business. There are not many left. 3. They are very willing to special order and to take the time to do that even for small orders. Small or large, I go there first and very rarely do I have to look further.

Salesperson said they would take our broken washing machine , deliver and install new machine and everything from A-Z would be handled. Delivery was a 3rd party company who insisted they don't do installs and in order to take the old machine , WE would have to disassemble. Our choices were : refuse delivery and return or install ourselves. We did not know what to do , only that dirty laundry was stacking up and we would speak to a manager the following Monday. Husband spoke to Brandon Rattan who apologized and offered $100 for us to get someone to install. Not knowing how much we'd be charged to have it installed, my husband went with it. Plumbers charged $1032.00 to disassemble and install. When I called headquarters, they also apologized profusely but that was the extent. Bait and switch at best. I will NEVER spend a single dollar at Lowe's again. A $900 washing machine ended up costing me $2000. Meanwhile, I bought a washer dryer for an empty unit from Home Depot and they carried both huge machines up 3 flights of stairs with a smile, took out old washer and dryer , installed new set within 35 mins. Lowe's customer service is the absolute worst and I will tell everyone who will listen to spend their dollars at Home Depot.

I had the job to try to put together a beverage carbonation and dispensing system for an upcoming event, using a box of old mismatched regulators, gauges and valves. Tino, the plumbing expert, wasn't phased at all. Tino had me put my various parts onto the cart and went to work, pulling down all the fittings, hoses, gaskets and other pieces I needed. He wheeled the cart between different departments educating me on what sizes and types went with each other. Creating new new ways to use the parts, when needed. I am not new to plumbing projects, but without Tino's expert help, I would not have been able to figure out what I needed and pull off this project. When I got home my system came together without a hitch, and everyone at the event got to benefit from Tino and his creative expertise The entire time Tino was helping me also kept my impatient little dog happy with pets, treats and kind words. Shadow normally gets very anxious after more than 5 minutes in a store, but this time at Center, she not only had a good time, but also found a new friend.
