Like in many seaside towns, it's hard to distinguish the local gems from the tourist traps-especially if you don't speak the language. Luckily for us, this restaurant fell into the latter category. We all opted for various seafood pastas: the lobster and squid ink, sea urchin, and the bottarga and asparagus. They were all great. But, the bottarga was a standout. It was much saltier and had a deeper umami flavor than most of the bottarga pastas I've had before. The wine, as expected, was also delicious.
