The food was passable but the eatery part could have been cleaner. The drinkery part looked like it could be a good time

Ceilings were low in the bathrooms which was odd, space for ventilation I'm guessing. The pool however was exceptional although the hot tub didn't have working jets. The small gym has free weights, a few aerobic machines, water, towels and sanitation wipes. The restaurant is nothing to write home about. Food was only fair or tolerable (my fries still had some frozen, cod was over battered and burned on the bottom. The mixed drinks less then expected, old fashion was warm and the lemon aid cooler was watery. Restaurant manager was very good and made corrections where she could. I'd eat and stay else where if I was in Brandon Manitoba.

This time we were here for a family Christmas supper, and were well accommodated with poolside tables and chairs and tablecloths. We had an executive suite and found it to be quite clean and lovely. Furniture was all newer, beds very clean and comfortable! The bathroom was great with a fancy pants new tiled shower with multiple shower heads, just great! Pool is great for our young kids, we like that it's not too deep, wild or over stimulating!!! We also loved being able to have a complimentary breakfast in the restaurant with our stay, it was very filling and satisfying! We will be back again for sure!

Except for our children who were devasted to find that there was no pool. How could we not have known better, they all chimed!?! The room is on the small side, with a standing closet, instead of a built-in closet, and the tv was smallish as well. The beds were comfortable. There was a fridge and a microwave in the room. The breakfast was decent, serving bacon and eggs, and other items such as waffles, the usual muffin assortment, and yogurt. Priced around $100 a night, we found this to be a bit high considering the amenities (ie. no pool,no exercise room, and no computer access in the lobby).

The towels are like sand paper, the bed is horrible, like i slept in hammock with springs. They have about 10 channels, so if your wanting to relax and catch the game afterwork, stay somewhere else. No complimentary water in the room, but they charge you $3 for the bottle sitting on the nightstand, they just don't tell you about it until you get your invoice. I travel 50% of my time for work, I stay in a lot of hotels, and I should have known something wasn't right when i noticed there were only 5 cars in the parking lot and the Best Western just down the street looked busy.
