The worst of the worst! On July 15, 2020 I took two Tiffany bracelets into Angelo's of Palm Beach…read morefor Repair. They were left with Elizabeth of Angelo's who stated she would call me with repair costs. I received a phone call from Elizabeth about 10 days later and she stated the following: The heart shaped bracelet with 7 stones clasp was broken. Elizabeth of Angelo's informed me that the clasp would have to be replaced and I would receive a "credit" for the broken on. The open links bracelet would not close properly. Elizabeth stated this was a minor issue and there would be no charge. I went to pick up my bracelets on August 4. The heart shaped bracelet with 7 stones "new" clasp did not close tightly. I immediately brought that to Elizabeth's attention who stated "the gap is not big enough" to cause any concern. Then she went stated how the clasp had cost more than she had stated because the price of gold went up. I made it clear it was not acceptable. It appears the original clasp was simply repaired and not replaced as stated. I was told the replacement cost was $130.00. The open link bracelet still did not close properly. It actually was worse. Elizabeth than informed me the cost to repair would be $44.00. It was supposed to be no charge. At this point, I realized the merchant was not reputable and just wanted my bracelets and to get out of the store. I paid the $181.90 only in order to get my bracelets back. I made it clear to Elizabeth I was not a satisfied customer. She made no attempt to fix the problems. Within 4 days of wearing the 2 bracelets they both fell off my wrist at different times. Luckily, I was in my home and was able to retrieve them. Neither can be worn after the damage Angelo's did to them. If I could give this business a minus -10 I would. BEWARE and take your business elsewhere.

Beautiful layout with themed decor for every occasion you may be pondering. This location is behind the Garden's Mall in Palm Beach Gardens. There is street parking as well as a covered garage. There is a clearance table in the rear of the room... I bought from the main items in the store and scored some napkins and plates for our impromptu soiree. Some items are pretty pricey but you are in an area that 'in theory' can afford the cost. I found the customer service to be fine... but I am also engaging when I walk into a store where people might treat me suspiciously. Which I will point out didn't happen here. Respectfully Reviewed.

There are now 10 Swoozie's locations including this one in Palm Beach Gardens. The store is well organized and has a lot of great gifts items, wrapping, greeting cards and stationary. Everything is invitingly displayed. I love their sweet Halloween decorations and they had an extensive selection of my favorite Scout bags. They had a Florida themed Scout bag that I had never seen before and fell in love with and honestly may have to go back for. They also carry games, children's items, home decor, and kitchen items. The inventory is brand name and can be very pricey. I was interested in a pillow featuring my daughter's college UCF and it was over $200! A decorative dish towel was a more affordable $15.They had many items I have not seen elsewhere and it was fun to explore this store with my girlfriends.

I guess it's just a matter of their quality that made me give this place a 2/5. Out of all honesty, I don't buy much silver/diamond things, but I decided to buy a tennis bracelet to match with my friend. It was a total of $208 and I was shocked to find out that the clasp is loose and the hoop part is incomplete. I figured this out the day I bought it later during dinner that my bracelet kept opening and closing. After going to the store again I was informed that refunds or exchange is not allowed. They did not have the same one available which was weird because I saw the same one replacing the spot I bought mine. Store credit is available but at this point I was more heartbroken that the quality of these jewelry is not 10/10. My fault for not double checking, but I really did trust the saleswoman/store to provide the best quality & transparency at the end of the day. I have a jeweler back home that can fix it but other than that, just make sure you are cautious.
