The girls are always really helpful here. When I was looking for a necklace to match a dress for my date with my fiance, the girl directed me toward some things that were on clearance rather than continuing to push me toward the more expensive things. Only reason they lose a star is that every time I go in, even if I'm just looking, they try to push a basket into my hand. Really annoying. read more

Went into Claire's today to look for earrings for my boyfriend because he likes whimsical jewelry and the staff were automatically on us asking if they can help us. After we said no they came up again anyway and handed us this little tiny hand basket and then one of the staff just kept standing around us and asking if we needed help and staring at us. She wouldn't leave us alone and she was making me feel incredibly anxious and uncomfortable. My boyfriend wanted to take advantage of one of the deals they were having but they made us so uncomfortable that we just left instead. Oh and after we left the staff member of that kept standing over us looked incredibly angry. I hope she was angry at herself for scaring customers away. read more

Nice sweet workers except for one really tall and short haired lady. She's so rude and fake. I'd go in there more if she weren't there. I refuse to go in there when she works. She looks like she doesn't want to work there. Like seriously, if you don't want to work there then leave. And stop shoving baskets in my face lady. read more

I purchased some gloves for my daughter ...I asked the teller that if they did not fit if I could bring them back ..she said yes .the gloves did not fit and I went to return them the next day ..because the tag is what held them together I had to take it off so my daughter could try them on .the lady with the curly hair accused me of going to a belly dancing show and returning the items because they were only for the show .i told her that I never attended a belly dancing show and to not accuse me of that .then she proceed to make me smell the store gloves and said that the gloves I was returning stunk ..I could not believe the way I was treated the gloves had all the tags ,receipt and we're never worn but that did not matter because the lady said that the tag was removed ...how else was I suppose to try them on my daughter ..they were connected how socks are ..the only way to try them on were to remove the tag ....bottom line I will never shop there again ,I will never recommend it to friends it was a terrible experience ..the worst experience I have ever had . read more
