My father got a basic nose piercing that went great but unfortunately didn't heal right. We think it's a medical thing she has going on, not anything to do with the shop. So based on our experience we would recommend this place 100%. It's such a cool vibe!

I'm torn because I've had several piercings here that I absolutely love, but my experience with the…read moreowner as a tattoo artist has been a nightmare. Patrick did a piece for me that had several mistakes. When I pointed them out, he laughed and rushed me to the register. He later admitted to the errors via email and offered a fix, but after I went in to discuss it, he completely ghosted me. I have called and emailed for months with no response. It's a shame because the piercers are great, but I cannot recommend a shop where the owner refuses to stand behind his work and ignores a client for months after making a mistake on their body. I'm now forced to pay someone else to fix his errors.

My hair cutter/stylist was Lee and he did a really great job with my hair. He really took his time and the cut includes a shampoo, even though their prices are incredibly reasonable. Not only is she a great stylist and colorist, but after we got to talking I find out she's also a professional cyclst, river runner and bike tour guide. What an amazing lady!!! Though I'm not her caliber of a cyclist, she wants to ride with me. I'm so excited. BTW, the color is so natural and I have thin hair and she cut it in such a way that it looks fuller and healthier. I'm a wedding and portrait photographer and will recommend Leah to my clients.

Long story short, my bf and I got matching tattoos here.. something completely simple the letter…read more"Z" on our finger. The artist (don't even remember his name) drew it on my finger first with the pen and then started tattooing.. Not to mention, it was in fact my 1st tattoo. Less than 5 minutes later my Bf is getting the "Z" drawn with the pen and then we pay and are leaving and realize before we even get to the car that the SIMPLE LETTER "Z" is backwards on BOTH of us. My bf went back in side and showed the artist that it was incorrect & the artist was quick to blame us due to him being incapable of reading/writing the alphabet. Not to mention my bf tattoo literally started to fade away 1 week after, while mine looks like the needle went to deep and caused a "blowout." Overall, i would rate 0/5 stars if i could. It is something we kind of laugh about and is not a truly big deal. However, i am just writing this review to advise other people that if you are going to get an actual piece of work tattooed on you i would HIGHLY recommend going somewhere else.
