My husband and I had two other rings resized here and both were routine - however, the more intricate and pricey repairs to my other rings did not go smoothly.. and i definitely say it was over priced.. However, the sales people are very nice and they have beautiful jewelry- they even have a good array of Pandora. They've since then done a few appraisals for me on other pieces and those experiences were okay. Overall, a nice store with lovely staff but I should've taken the larger repair elsewhere.. as it was, I had to get the rings resized at a separate jeweler..

They actually had a very large selection of the bracelets and charms, running mostly between $28-$50, including an interesting array of Valentine's Day theme charms. The customer service was excellent, they even offered gift wrap. Other than Alex and Ani, they also had a huge line of Pandora (which my wife loves), including some "last chance clearance" items, plus a nice array of Tacori. I usually use Kay Jewelers for most jewelry purchases, but this Medawar impressed me. They also do on site jewelry and watch repair. I might bring my vintage Longines watch here for repairs. I would like to get that watch repaired locally, as opposed to taking it to a store that I don't shop in regularly. I'm glad to see Medawar can do it here.

I have tried now for a year to only carry a small crossbody purse, and it is really helpful when you have neck issues like I do....but....it's been hard! So this idea of carrying the smaller one inside the tote and pulling it out when I go inside shopping has been genius! I have everything organized in a blue purse organizer I had gotten on Amazon years ago. The one thing I did notice is at another store like this, they actually had the markdown prices listed so you didn't have to ask. Here, I felt bad I had to keep asking for the prices of the different ones I liked-I could've figured it out myself, but Kate Spade has a certain way of doing the discounts so I always want to make sure. The sales associate asked we need any help. I said we were looking. The store had release there new Disney Minnie purse collection line. Most of the store was 70 percent off with an additional 20 percent off. The sales associate Nicole made the shopping experience pleasant and was very helpful when it came to calculations of the price of sales of the bags. They offer 15 percent military discount on top of the additional sale price! It was was an amazing shopping experience. I highly recommend coming here for the shopping experience and awesome sales!
