Phoned up to see about ear piercing. I was told that the girl starts at 12, so asked if I could come at 12, to then be told "well she starts at 12 but her bus might be late"
So let me get this right, she starts at 12, but actually she might not?
I then said ok, how about 12:30? The response I received was "I just told you there was already another appointment at 12:30". I can assure you I had not been told that and had not previously asked about 12:30.
Turns out the person I talked too was the supervisor!!
Now I know Claire's as a rule just employees teenagers, or at least people who appear to be teenagers and then pay them minimal wage, but at least employee people who actually care about customer service. Your company does depend on it. read more
