The team did a great job removing the tile floors and installing the plank flooring. I've worked with many different cultures and have used a translator app to do business if needed, so I have no issue with English being a second language, I just need to state that its nice to sometimes not have to pull out my phone to communicate. I needed to replace my front load washer and dryer with a top load one. Miguel was up for the task. When he investigated the connections, he noticed that the hoses needed to be a different size. Without hesitation he knew what to do and said that he will need to go to the hardware store to obtain the proper fittings. He returned, connected everything and wanted me to test all the settings to ensure I was happy with the work and functionality. I tested both devices and with zero issues. He was thorough and easy to work with. He understands that if something doesn't need to be replaced, he won't just replace it, just because it's there.
