It turned out fantastic, please check out pictures. Elias brought several teams and master stone mason, Francisco to do the work. Don "Pancho" used Clovis rebar/fence code and did amazing work. I also needed to move some sprinkler valves about two feet and he brought in Don Martin to do this job. I had an original home builder wood fence, it was falling apart. My new fence does not even compare to previous fence. I incentivised Elias for a fast build and he did a great job in 4 days! He didn't step out and introduce himself. He didn't roll down the window and say hi. I didn't mention anything to his son, because it's important to establish contractor communication skills prior to signing contract. I already know that if I have to complain before the contract is signed, then it will be a struggle to get the work done correctly or at the agreed-upon price. It's important to give a contractor every opportunity to do the right thing and to see how they execute simple customer service tasks. I was promised an estimate by Tuesday, 27 May but nothing has arrived in the agreed-upon email account. I inquired about the quote on text and nothing. I verified that nothing was accidentally sent to spam and nothing. It is now 8 PM on Saturday, May 31. Unfortunately, I can't trust Signature Touch Landscape to present common courtesy to me or my neighborhood.

There was a problem with the not so good section due to the amount of rain and little bit of snow we had this past spring. Due to the sinking and cracking, because of the wet ground, Thomas returned a couple months later to complete repairs. The asphalt continued to crack and sink in areas after the repairs. Last week, they returned and removed all of the affected asphalt, and let it dry out for a week. Today, they returned and re-paved all of the affective area. They certainly stood by their name and made us satisfied customers. I would certainly refer them in the future.
