Very good service with excellent staff. Some trash days are delayed but we are kept informed about this. I haven't had any trouble with office staff as a couple of customers report. Also I give grace to those doing all that is possible to stay in business during these crazy times. This is a homegrown company and I'm proud of them. read more

I would give no stars if I could. The trash service is ok at best. They don't send out a bill, and whenever you call them the lady who answers the phone is always rude and disrespectful like we're bothering her. Even the texts she sends to respond to someone she is disrespectful and just flat out nasty and rude. I will be looking for a new trash service. This company is a joke read more

The value & quality is no longer there. Loved the idea of supporting a local company & families. Pricing is barely below others with recent raise. The lady in the office is so super rude & condescending every time you call in! And as others mentioned, they kinda pick up your trash when they want to. At the end of this quarter i am changing to built different. CJs used to be awesome and have amazing customer service. However lately because of lack of maintenence on the trucks and God only knows what else the service has been lacking. He made a nasty post on Facebook after Christmas about not to picking up all the Christmas trash and yelling about how much trash his customers had after Christmas. I am sorry your a trash service that is what you do and you anticipate higher amounts of trash around the holidays. Every other week they are telling you they are running a day behind and to leave your trash out. When people starting complaining he rebuttal with it is just trash it will be there tomorrow. Yes it is just trash and yes it will be there tomorrow but that is not the point. Point is we pay you for a service that your not providing on time. If the person is in HOA they can't leave it out or they will face fines. This week they decided to not pick up Monday or Tuesdays trash. Monday we were under a level 3 snow emergency ok I get it you can't and that is fine. However they chose not to run on Tuesday either and they will not pick up until next week. If they were not able to handle Christmas trash how are they going to handle 2 weeks of trash. It would not have been hard to use wed to pick up Monday and Wed and then on Thursday pick up Tuesday and Thursday and be back on track with maybe having to use Saturday to finish up. A friend of mine had them as well and they constantly on a every other week basis not pick her trash up. She would call them and tell them this and she would tell her she didnt put her trash out. She would then ask them what their excuse was for not picking her neighbors up and they would get nasty with her. They also put up Facebook posts saying if you don't like the service then leave. Welp sir you got your wish your losing another customer at the end of the quarter and getting a bad review on top of it. I think maybe you should rethink some of your fb posts and figure out your business because at this rate it doesn't look good. read more

So my trash was not picked up after CJ's ran a day late. I put my trash out on Tuesday without realizing they was a day behind, actually I called Wednesday and was told they was running a day late due to the snow. So my trash stayed out there. Thursday comes and they claimed my trash was not on the curb and was hung up on. I tried to call a few times...no answer. When she finally answered again after 5 attempts I was told to find a new service or wait til next week. Will I have credit for your driver lying and not doing they're job. I'm jot the only customer who has this issues...just the only one who don't care to write the bad review. read more

One star because I have to. Poor customer service. Lady in office wants to be all loud and don't listen. Week after week all they give is excuses as to why your trash isn't being picked up timely. They tell you they will are running late, they will be there in the morning, they will be there that evening then the next morning excuse after excuse. Broken promises! Don't do it!!!! Get yourself a RELIABLE refuse hauler. This one isn't it. I had high hopes but after 4 weeks of no service office girl don't think I have a right to be upset and wants to call herself yelling at you the customer! Don't do it!!! You will be disappointed. I have had CJ'S since he has started out with just him and one truck. I have never had a problem with my trash being picked up or missed. I moved and the new can was delivered to my new residence before I even got there. I've only had to call about my bill one time and she was very nice and resolved the issue right away. I have forgotten to set my can out and they came up to the house and got them. The guys on the route are always friendly and speak if you are outside. Outstanding company and employees! Absolute worst trash service possible office staff extremely rude and nasty and want to push their nasty attitude on others started service in May paid for 3 months up front received zero pickups in May one pickup in June no bin delivered as was told it would be delivered June 8th save yourself the time and money and hassle and just pay the little bit extra to go for waste management with them they may be a big corporation but they got that way through doing things the right way it's really unfortunate that I have to choose a multi-million dollar corporation over a local guy but when the local guy is this bad you got to do what you got to do I will be trying to get a refund for at least July but with this company I doubt it read more
