When other contractors complained about what a problem a project was, Serg just found solutions. Paul gave me a fantastic quote that was less than half the price of other companies. He came right…read moreout to give me a quote on a Saturday the day same day that I requested a quote. He looked at my roof and quoted an honestly very very competitive price for my roof. Slightly over what it would have been for me to do it myself and pay for material costs. He was able to fit me in a few weeks after our quote and get the entire job finished within a day. His crew of about 6-7 guys worked quickly and did a great job. From my experience with him, he seems like a hard worker, someone who puts in the effort and is extremely honest. I usually do my own work, but if I need a contractor Paul Boucher will be my first call.

To your response: I never said $17,000 was too much. I only asked if I could break it up over two years. Do the kitchen now and the window/door conversion later. You decided you couldn't be bothered and you have the negative attitude and you never came to look at the project but based your estimate on what I sent you. For that I should be charged? You are a disgrace! Response from the owner 4 days ago Appreciate your feedback. I never even charged you an estimate fee. If anything, I quickly responded to you with info and pricing. I decided the job wasn't something I wanted to get into and I think you proved me right with your negative attitude. Also $17,000 was too much for you I think we were around the $12,000 mark.

They fixed the shoddy work left by the last painter. They also kept things covered and cleaned up at the end of each workday- even wiping the dusty shoe prints from my porch when they left! All this for a very competitive price. I would highly recommend this business and have already scheduled my next project with them.

It was Roscoe Roofing (SJBS Construction). Sal came right over to give me an estimate on my leaking roof. Other contractors each told me something different as far as what the problem was. Sal took the time to explain that it could be several things and what was needed to fix all the possible problems. He pointed out all the mistakes that were made with the prior roofing job. He impressed me with his extensive knowledge, so I hired them. They showed up bright and early every day, around 7:30, and worked through the whole day. They extended my dormers a foot so they extended over the windows and wrapped and caulked all the windows. I could tell just by being around them as they worked that Sal is a perfectionist and if something didn't look right, he made sure it was re-done correctly. I've had so many bad experiences with contractors so I was very happy to finally get such a competent one. I'm not an expert but to me it looks like they did an exceptional job. And I know they stand by their work because I called them when I had a question, and Sal came over the very next day.
