CJ is amazing! She did a great job working 2 years of stress and tension out of my neck and shoulders.

CJ Massage is very professional. Hot stone foot massage relieved my foot pain. I will definitely be back.

Had a great massage experience! - easy to book right online…read more- nice waiting area with friendly desk staff - calming rooms with a salt lamp, sound machine and soft music - the massage bed was warm- loved this!! - Kira was great!! She checked in at the beginning asking what I was looking for in a massage, and checked in toward the beginning on the pressure. Other massages I've found focus on the back but she spent an equal amount of time on back/neck, legs, feet, arms, and hands. The massage was finished with cold water and a piece of chocolate

I have been getting massages here for years! Every massage therapist that I have seen takes a few…read moreminutes at the beginning of the session to ask if there are any specific areas/problems you would like them to focus on. They check in during the massage once or twice to make sure the pressure is good or if you more or less. They have everything from deep tissue and sports massage to relaxation and prenatal as well as anything between. Parking is tricky at certain times of the day as Elements is located in a plaza with other stores (Home Goods!),so consider that when arriving for appointments. Pricing is pretty close to all the other massage places, maybe a little higher, but the quality and personalization of the massage makes it worth it. I do have a few favorite therapists depending on what I'm looking for in my massage, but I'm not sharing names because then I won't be able to get in with them Since I had massage brain( it's a thing), I forgot to take some pictures. Guess that means you're going to have to check them out for yourself!

Internal Review: I…read moreunderstand that it is unconventional and considered bias to write an in house/internal review for a co-therapist but one of the most common questions I receive as a Massage Therapist is "who do you go to for massage?" At The Art of Massage we are strongly encouraged to trade with each other routinely. This is to make sure we receive theraputic bodywork ourselves but it also creates a sense of harmony with each other and it helps us evolve our techniques. We try new techniques with each other and it also establishes our unique strengths thus we can appropriately refer clientele to the most compatible Massage Therapist. Today I had a 90 minute massage with April. She has been with us since December of 2019. I asked for full body but for her to focus on my right side rhomboids, Lats and erectors as this is a chronic area for me. She did exactly that. I am usually apprehensive about therapists using their forarms on me as I had therapists in the past overcompensate with pressure with their elbows & forarms and bruise me but April did a great job of applying broad even pressure that was enough to get into the tissue layers without my body trying to fight back so we were not having a power struggle. She didn't use her forarms the whole time either. Overall it was a great balance of theraputic work with relaxation. After every session we go over feedback as co-therapists and I only had a few things to give her that were more about my personal preference. I told her today that every time she works on me she keeps getting better and better. I look forward to to our future trades and her ongoing growth as a therapist. She is definitely in my top 3 of favorite in house trades at The Art of Massage. Thanks again April!!
