My experiance with City Wide Storage as been straight to hell. To make a long story short I was admitted to the hospital on May 29th and my bill was due on the 3rd of June but was paid on the 7th of June in the amount of $121 on 2 units that's $59.00 each. I get a letter a few days later saying that my bill was past due and a $20 late fee was added to both units which left a balance of $79.00 for each unit. Then I recieve a final notice saying that a lock had been placed on my units and a $25 lock removal fee was added to each unit totaling $208 for both units. I drove an hour and a half to go sin the office where i was told that no payment in any amounts for the month of June was ever paid. They assured me that they had no record at all of any payments being made in June. So we go to pay the past due and all of a sudden out of nowhere they have on the reciept a previous payment of $21 when I was told none had been made. The true fact is the bill was paid..they denied it and charged me with a list of fees that I I sould have never had..if anything the most I should have been charge was for the $20 late fee and they even charged us late fees for the current month and it ain't even late yet read more
