The access to content that you get after the course is incredible helpful to keep studying, with quizzes, videos, and additional learning materials. My instructor was John Sanderson. Johns knowledge was extensive, he demonstrated deep expertise and shared rich examples. He also made the content digestible, he was funny, engaging, and able to make it real for us. I had one on one instruction from an instructor Joe Fee. He helped my girlfriend with the basics of fire arms saftey and pistol operation. While she was nervous at the beginning of shooting portion, Joe made her feel comfortable and she got the shooting down pat hitting the bullseye a few times before the end of the session. She had never fired a pistol before. The class was informal yet informitive, with lots of hands on instruction. Joe was very informitive an had great answers for even my dumbest questions. Highlights: indoor heated pistol range. indoor archery range, one on one instruction, easy to get to (right off the highway) relaxed atmosphere.

In the group lessons the kids played and didn't pay attention and there seemed to be no order. In the private lessons, the instructors were often late, cutting the lesson short (sometimes up to a third the length of the lesson). Rescheduling lessons was a nightmare and simple questions like what the class schedule was was convoluted and shrouded in mystery as I could often not get any clear answers.
