This place is a joke!
I visited CityMD twice within the past 2 1/2 months for the same problem; a sinus infection. Today, as I'm typing this, I fell ill again With The Same Problem, making this my 3rd month in a row that I've gotten sick! Understand that this is NOT normal for me!
Back in late August I was evaluated by one of the nurses, who prescribed me a steroid and a nasal spray. I stressed how important it was that I cannot take steroids because of a daily medication I take.
So the next day (pharmacy was closed by the time the bus dropped me off there) I picked up my prescription, and only the steroid (that I specifically told him I Could Not take!!) was ready. He did NOT send out the nasal spray I needed!
My second, and final, visit was roughly one month later, late September/early October. I returned with the same symptoms. This time I was prescribed an anti-something (I don't remember, but it was not an anti-biotic), and a nasal spray. Both came through the pharmacy just fine, and I took them as prescribed, however the medicines weren't strong enough because...
I'm sick again, one month later, with the same, plus additional, symptoms that are worse! This has had a detrimental effect on my finances as a result of having to take off time from my job! I feel like these medical professionals-if you want to call them that-are just milking my medical insurance.
Yes, the staff are polite, and yes they keep the place clean, but I was going there to be treated for a.medical.problem, not to become a "returning customer"!
