A second recent experience that was disappointing was a ride I had booked for a 4:30 AM trip to PIA I received a text that there was not a driver available. The worst. Went to pickup a truck I rented for three days online. First guy couldn't find it…read more Second guy comes in twenty minutes later did eventually find it but I gave him my id and it was my expired one but I use it for when I go out. The guy thinks he is funny and is like you wanna know how you fix that and he scribbled all over the front of my id with sharpie. went to drop off truck and did so by the return time but they didn't bother checking it in until two and a half hours later and they charged my card for another day. Based on the only other review here for River City Cab, I decided to call them and get a quote for the fare to the airport if they picked me up at 4AM..... I am calling from Pacific coast time zone, so my call to them was at 1:15AM their time on a Sunday/Monday (obviously not a great time to call and get a quote, but only time I had to do it!) Missy was friendly, professional, knew exactly where my pick up location was and was not hesitant to give me a very reasonable quote for the trip. I'm already impressed even before I get there!
