Arrived lat, damaged a lot of furniture, book shelves had to be thrown out , broke the door on the dryer and because the truck "broke" down they had all my furniture for 2 days and I realised they had gone through my boxes and stole expensive phones and other things then charged me for 3guys and only had 2. Absolutely disgusting company - PLEASE be aware, PLEASE do not use them. Several issues took place with this company. Issue number one was a day late arrival to collect my items, second issue was they actually thought a 2am delivery was acceptable, even though I lived in an apartment complex. They didn't arrive at 2am, however they arrived at 5:30am and when they opened the back of the truck, my teen daughter's make-up up desk had completely disintegrate to a million pieces, I was ASSURED this would be reimbursed. They brought thr rest of my things upstairs and I noted that my BRAND NEW washing machine cord had been rubbed and freyed to bare wires, my daughter's beautiful $200 make up chair had a tear in the back of it and there was water damage to the bottom of many of my boxes, which resulted in destroyed items inside. When I RESPECTFULLY and kindly confronted the driver about my broken/destroyed items he then proceeded to abuse me in my new home. Told me I was a selfish nasty lady and that I showed him disrespect and disregard by not demonstrating gratitude for his effort in getting my things 900kms to me interstate - he left me in tears, frightened my daughter and had disrupted my new neighbours, they came out to check and see if I was safe, they also charged me $300 above the quoted figure and I had to pay in order for me itmes to be delivered to mem I tried for days to reach the business owner and the reception staff, only to be ignored and blocked. I then put up low reviews of their business on several forums and only THEN did they contact me. I was asked to please take down reviews and was told they would "compensate" me if I did so, I did take down reviews, but was only compensated $400, however my washing machine cost me $895 to replace, my daughter's make-up desk and chair cost me $750 to replace, I also had to replace a toaster, kettle, photo frames and some minor glassware due to water damaged boxes, costing another $235 and then there's the extra $300 I was charged above the quoted amount. This was such an awful company to deal with, 6mths on I still feel heavy about and still paying back a family member for the items I had to replace unexpectedly. I will add that the once I confronted the driver about my damaged items, he threatened to take the remaining of my belongings with him, he actually left my property for 10mins, making me think I had lost the rest of my stuff, but came back in a huff and dumped my belongings downstairs in the car park area, leaving myself and Miss 12 to bring them up, even though I had already paid for full service. This company left me almost $2,000 put of pocket unexpectedly. Please do NOT use, awful service, awful drivers and manipulative business owner. read more

Complete scam. Will take your deposit and then never show up. The office phone 1300 441 331 will tell you the truck is on its way, I waited for two days! it never came and it was probably never going to come, I luckily booked another company for the next day. I never write reviews but these people are horrible! They were four hours late with no communication and when I went to find another number to call, all the reviews came up as scammers. They made me pay $75 for a deposit. Then when I was trying to find an alternative solution, they called saying they were 10 minutes away (after waiting four hours!)... this 10 minutes turned into 45 minutes. I told them I was not impressed and felt like they were not legit and was promised a discount. Upon moving my items which should have taken 4 hours, this took 6 hours and they refused to take my items off the truck until I had paid the invoice... which was a text message from the owner who refused to answer his phone all. The discount was a lie and I was stuck on the phone for half an hour with the boss arguing. Please please please do not use this company at all. Overall I was charged $818, plus the deposit. I am now trying to battle them as my coffee table is damaged and they said they had insurance.. which I am sure is now a lie. They also operate under Bondi Furniture Removals.. so beware! read more

They won't show up on time. They will be late atleast by an hour and will charge triple times extra stating that they found it difficult to find the address, it was more than they expected blah blah blah. Worst day ever. I thought i lost the booking charge and it was the last day for me to vacate my place. They will never pickup calls or answer text. Removalists don't speak english also. read more

This company is a scam. they left us out on the street. Do not use them.

I understood that moving is a stressful activity that is why I chose to outsource this hoping that the organization would give me peace of mind by taken on their Pack, Move and Unpack service. But unfortunately, peace of mind is something I never had with this group. My advice is that: - if you want peace of mind don't use this group - if you want to keep all your valuables don't use this group - if you want to have your valuables moved without damage don't use this group - if you want to get ripped off don't use this group - if you want a company that would complete the work in full, don't use this group - if you want a company where you don't have to chase up for and have them call you back don't use this group. This is what happened - The crew (3 individuals) they sent me was extremely inexperienced (damaged my items and tried to blame me by implying that it was already damaged and only after I said forget it as it was an accident they apologized. - The crew was lazy, sitting around in the truck several times, taking smoke breaks and even eating whilst they were doing the work. - They offered me money to buy my PS5, I explained that there is a worldwide shortage and you can't buy them in retail stores now and decline. I gave them my PS4, which they took. But in the end they stole my PS5. - The work took 13 hours to move a studio apartment and quite a lot of my belongings were still left behind and they promised to get this done after they move it. - When they reach the new apartment (which was down the road), they started to unload the items. The Property manager was also there to assist (as he was keen to go home). The guys got upset and wanted to punch him and then decided to throw my clothes onto the street. One of them started yelling and screaming and stormed off down the road still yelling and screaming. - They demanded that I pay them before the work was done and I told them that the work isn't done as there is still some of my belongings still there in the old apartment and offered to pay them half and the other half would be paid after the work is completed. Then there were more yelling and screaming, I had to call their operations manager and had promised to send through writing confirmation that they will come back tomorrow to complete the work. I handed them $2250 whilst they were sitting in the truck, they said I short paid them by $1000. I then had to give another $1000 so that entire day cost me $3250 and it wasn't completed. - The Unpacking service which I paid for wasn't provided as they all went home. I was up to 2am unpacking and sorting things out and unpacked as much I could. - I realized that the PS5 wasn't there, I contacted one of the guys they told me that they didn't pack this, and it was still back in the old apartment. - In the morning I went back to film everything that was still back in the apartment and realized that the PS5 was missing. I contacted the operations manager. He assured me that he would look into this and get back to me. - Two other guys turned up and they did as much of the move as they could as they had another job lined up and they said that it will be completed afterwards. These two guys were awesome, polite and courteous extremely efficient. - I then called the operations manager to chase this up and then sent him the video of the items that still remained in the apartment where the PS5 was no longer there he stuffed me around quite a bit and didn't bother to call me back. - I went back to my new apartment to continue with the unpacking trying work out if their was anything else missing. The bag which I placed the PS5 into contained a lot of other things like cables and peripherals. - I soon realized that my work laptop is also missing and other items (luckily I had a video of all my belongings before the move started). - The following day I sent through a text message saying that I was on my way to the police station to notify them of my missing belongings. The operations manager called to try and convince me that I didn't need to contact the police and that he would reimburse me for the PS5 if they can't find this. He was organizing for the three original guys to come back to verify that they PS5 is missing and if they can't find it he would reimburse me and told him that there are other things missing as well. He said that he can only reimburse me the PS5. - Later that day he transferred money to cover the cost of the PS5. - I then followed up about the move activity for the remaining items, the three original guys never turned up, but the two decent guys came and started moving things over to my new place but due to the fact that they were committed to another job. my belongings were left in the loading area, and I had to carry things up myself. I don't believe that everyone in this company are bad, unfortunately they have recruited some very bad seeds. read more

Total con artists. Took my deposit and never turned up. I booked a removal job with one of their employees a few days ago for a removal to happen yesterday.. We didn't require a truck, only 2 people to assist with the move fro one floor of our current building to another. We paid a deposit of circa $125. No one turned up. I phoned the mobile number on which I had arranged the service with and it rang out without the option to leave a voicemail. I sent an email asking for an ETA given we had limited time with the lift in our building. 30 mins later having not heard anything I called the 1300 number to find it had been disconnected. I then sent a further email. Shortly thereafter I emailed again to cancel the service as at this stage it was apparent that no one was turning up and I'd have to make alternative arrangements. read more

Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional I booked them to come between 11am-2pm Dec 16. But they called me at nearly 10pm the night before to move it to 7am-8am. They didnt ask properly, just tried to force me to move the time and hung up on me while I was trying to say that wouldn't work. Gross. This disrupted my plans (I wasn't done packing and would have needed to go to bed to be up at 7), I would have had to disrupt my friend who was coming to help me as well as the people at my new place to change the time so early. There was no way I could have made that work so I had to cancel and do the move myself. My booking confirmation has the arranged time, and there's nothing even in the terms and conditions that says they can change the time. I triple checked. I feel like something like that shouldn't be messed around so last minute. So unprofessional. They breached their services, I feel like I deserve my deposit back. I've sent multiple texts and emails and a facebook message. But they are being unresponsive. read more

They sent 2 young people without any experience for my 2 bedroom removal job. They did not have any tools but only had 2 trolleys. The truck is just a normal truck without lifting platform. All bulky items going on to the truck was a big risk. Therefore, chips were found on all my furniture. They also did not know how to use trolley for the bulk furniture. One of my tall boy was destroyed by them because they put the wrong side on the trolley and the cabinet could not hold the shape and broken. They claimed that the problem was my tall boy because it was not rigid enough. They stacked the tea box horizontally. When the 2nd box on top, the bottom box started to deform. They even did not know those boxes can only be stack vertically. They refused to remove my LED TV and glass coffee table because they have no protection blankets to protect glass. When we arrived in my new home, they requested me to do their job together in order to save time. They asked me to get the supermarket trolleys to help. What a "Professional" removalist. At the end, it took 7 hours to finish a 2 bedroom job which only 20 minutes travelling time between my old home and new home. In the whole process, I was their supervisor to tell them what to do.
